Waindetsu appears on one of the Iwagakure's training fields, awaiting Tsuchikage-sama's arrival. He puts away his pouch and jacket on a nearby boulder; starting to do push-ups while waiting for Hazama-san...
12 hours later.....
As the day turnt into night Waindetsu is still pumping, still overexcitedly waiting for Hazama-sama whom is still not here; Waindetsu is now in a handstand position....
3100, 3101...ughhhh, 3102, 3103.............
While doing a set of handstand push ups, Hazama-sama poofs out of nowhere right in Waindetsu's face yelling at him violently, telling him to start over, but now to count in French; Waindetsu immediatly stops, doing a totally unecessary ultra-cool backflip; calmly starting to talk to his sensei;
Oh . J'ai eu tort? Permettez- moi de commencer plus sensei ;
He starts doing regular pushups, while starting to count out loud;
Neuf .... dix, onze , douze ...
Maintenant se il vous plaît , me apprendre la dynamique , les forces , les faiblesses et les moyens de la fermeture jusqu'à combat; les façons de Ninjutsu..
He calmly gives his plea to Hazama-san while continuing with his warmup; in french.
Waindetsu proceeds with putting his index fingers together, making a Tiger handseal while approaching the training dummy in an arc from behind, coming to short range of it he sticks the his tiger seal up the dummies artificial wooden ass, from the sheer force of the impact the dummy flies several meters in the air before falling between Waindetsu and Hazama-sama.

While being depicted as a laughable jutsu, when combined with elemental releases it can be quite usefull and lethal in the given situation.
*The dummy screams in agony as he flies off into the distance* Maybe a little bit to the right next time would have been better >_>

Ahh look, his back, ready for more action! So now, this next move could be a brilliant counter-attack and that is how you're going to approach it with.
*he takes a step with his left leg, so that it is in front of is right, and arms bent at the elbows, fist closed and knuckles pointing outwards, his left hand a bit in front of his right. In a simple motion, he takes another step forward, tough this time with his right, and extends his right arm outwards in an omnidirectional manner, in an attempt to throw a single jab intended to strike your jaw.*
Quick! Dodge his punch by shifting your centre of gravity, bending down on your knees and allowing his fist to pass over your head, then using the momentum gained from your bent knees, push them upwards from the ground whilst clenching your more dominant fist, taking advantage of the dummy's posture which allows an open space around his chest area, use said fist to deliver a simple yet effective punch dead centre onto his chest, sending him staggering backwards.

Don't let him rest! Take advantage of all the time you have! Let's use his Posture towards your advantage. Begin by simply running towards him, and as you draw near I want you to jump in a diagonally upwards fashion straight towards him, just before you jump make sure that your more dominant leg is placed in front of your less dominant leg, push off with the latter whilst simultaneously extending the former outwards, dealing a simple but brilliant kick straight towards his face, the push of course giving you great aid with exerting greater force onto his face.

Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.
*The dummy falls to the ground, whereafter getting up but feeling extremely dizzy, hands hanging down their sides and head banging to his sides*
You seemed to put some work onto him, no time to rest! See this next technique is actually quite decent, because it doesn't really depend itself on the brutality of Taijutsu, but rather the elegant aspect of it. How the simplest movement can be the most effective given the right consequences, so run towards him and duck down as you approach within arm length from him, as you have ducked down spin on your axis in a counter clockwise motion whilst extending your left leg outwards, using your right leg bent at the knee as a support to help you balance your centre of gravity during the motion of your spin. Your left leg will connect with his lower body, just below the knee, and the simple momentum of your leg will cause his legs to trip up and result in him falling down onto his back.
The kick doesn't rely to deal a lot of damage, the main goal is to throw your opponent off balance, but that's the beauty of it. The opportunities that arise from the situation are endless, you can follow on with a surprise attack, stop him in his attack due to him falling down etc.
Waindetsu instantly proceeds to run towards the dummy and ducks down as he approaches within an arms length from it, as Waindetsu has ducked down, he spins around his axis in a counter clockwise motion whilst extending his left leg outwards, using his right leg bent at the knee as a support to help him balance his centre of gravity during the motion of his spin. Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
Run towards the dummy with all you got, so he believes that your intended attack seems to be deadly, and jump off the ground with your more dominant leg, in the process of doing so swing your less dominant leg in the opposite arc to its respective side (so if you're using your left leg, swing it to the right) To imitate a high kick, but the kick is nothing more than a phase, something that will, in a battle, catch your opponent off guard and cause his evasive margin to be heavily limited upon seeing the kick, let the kick pass by the air and using the momentum gained from the kick spin on your own axis so that your body twists in the general direction of the kick; and here is when you utilize the leg you jumped from, when your back is facing him, extend said leg backwards to deal a simple mid-kick, albeit simple it's extremely powerful. Straight into his rib-cage, sending him crashing backwards.
Waindetsu still continues his run towards the dummy with all the might he has, so the dummy will believe that Waindetsu's intended attack seems to be deadly, Waindetsu jumps off the ground with his more dominant leg, in the process of doing so; he swings his less dominant leg in the opposite arc to the dummies respective side; to imitate a high kick, he lets the kick pass by the air, and using the momentum gained from the kick; Waindetsu spins around his own axis so that his body twists in the general direction of the kick; and here is when he utilizes the leg he jumped from, when Waindetsu's back is facing the dummy, he extends the said leg backwards to deal a simple mid-kick, albeit simple it's extremely powerful. Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.

So then, time for my second favourite ''technique'' if you'd call it that. It is essentially again, just a simple kick, but it's the timing to use this in the most perfect situation which can just devastate your opponent.
*the dummy lunges forward, throwing his right fist towards the centre of your face, attempting to hit your nose*
Ever played the game limbo? I imagine your body to be something like that, so as his punch is incoming, bend your knees and your back at the same time, not stopping the momentum from his fist but rather, allowing it to simply move above your head, and at the same time extend your right leg in an upwards direction. Your leg will shoot upwards, going above your head and striking his chin, knocking him high into the air. The main power behind this attack is allowing yourself to fall backwards, by amassing your body as a sort of spring you can amplify your power and flexibility, enabling your kick to go at a faster rate, and effectively hit your opponent when he least expects it.
As Shorty sensei's punch is incoming, Waindetsu bends his knees and his back at the same time, not stopping the momentum from his sensei's fist but rather, allowing it to simply move above Waindetsu's head, while he at the same time extends his right leg in an upwards direction. Waindetsu's leg shoots upwards, going above his head and striking Shorty-sama's chin; knocking him high into the air.

Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.
Alright, let's take a small break and calm down. So, what can you tell me about Palm thrusts in general? What are their aim and when is it best to use them, do you see yourself using them? And what effect can they have on the body? Palm thrusts are an integral part of Taijutsu and something people often use in the wrong situations which will lead to them being killed; to complete Taijutsu you have to first understand everything about Taijutsu! *Gets out a notepad and pen* SO TELL ME EVERYTHING YOU KNOW BOY
After crumbling the poor training dummy to pieces, Waindetsu listens the next instructions and insights from his sensei; proceeding with the explanation of palm thrusts afterwards.
Palm thrusts are strikes using the palm of the hand. Whether the hand is open or the fingertips are folded against the bottom knuckles, palm thrusts hit with the bottom part of the palm, where the hand meets the wrist. The hand is held perpendicular to the wrist to avoid hitting the softer inner wrist tissue against the target.
The bottom ridge of the palm is a surprisingly solid striking surface, and can do just as much damage as a closed fist when utilized properly (some studies have shown that a palm thrust actually can produce more energy than a punch in most cases) with far less risk of injury to the striker's own hand. Also, it creates a few inches of additional distance between the striker and the target than a regular punch thus picking up more momentum.
The palm thrust is useful as it is thrown in a more relaxed manner than a clenched fist. This is because clenching the fist shortens the extensor muscles of the wrist which counter the action of flexor muscles of the wrist used in punching. Many martial arts teach to keep the fist clench relaxed until impact in order to maximize the speed of the punch.
The most usuall targets of palm thrusts are numerous and some examples include the nose, jaw, ears, back of the head, the groin, the kidneys and abdominal cavity.
Right after giving an elaborate explanation of palm thrusts, Hazama sensei poofed away in a cloud of smoke. After some moments of wondering, bedazzled young Hozuki decided to wait, he knew of Hazama unpredictable nature. He was convinced this was a part of the training and a test
The night has fallen and the moon risen, Waindetsu has put up a camp and firmly decided to continue with his training in the morning.
The start of the next day was; well it would be an understatement to say it was hectic. Pushups, pullups, one hand stand pushups, thousands and thousands of repeats, the days started to pass, the weather started to change, but this young shinobi's determination did not faulter.
Now months started to pass, the vast rocky field he was training on was now shown with countless animal carcasses this bloodthirsty survivor killed and ate.
The buffed up beast is heard yelling, the screams echoing troughout Earth country:
You thought this could break me!!!?
My patience and will are limitless!
Hazamaaahhh!!! We will take over the world!
........
A year has passed, unrecognizable Waindetsu in tore up attire and waist long hair and beard is zoomed in, doing pullups on one of the thick branches of the biggest (and few) trees on the outskirts of his country
