Agreed. Jiraiya never really showed his fear or his hardships through his happy demeanor but this guy had some balls, he just pretended what he was doing was no big deal.

Jiraiya is definitely on there.

Minato, he didn't care Madara was a Jubi's Jinchuriki even stronger than Obito's. He attacked him with no fear
