I respect Kisame. His view were bad, but anyone who's willing to die for what they believe in is brave in my book.

Kisame never really backed down from anyone either.

Probably Kabuto, Think about it.

I'm the biggest Kabuto fan on the base and I don't really get this one. He was driven to fight the likes of Tsunade and Kakashi out of personal curiosity and he had no reason to be scared because he plays dirty and knew the haemophobia trick would work.

Approaching Obito wasn't exactly a brave feat either as he could probably hold his own, had Madara and could easily run. He ran from Aoba & Kurotsuchi's crew, he didn't challenge Kakashi (smart decision for them both) and ran and operated from a cave for the whole war and he only fought the Uchiha brothers for survival and his Sasuke prize.

He's a snake. Surviving is his priority.

Yes, but being brave simply means having no fear, no matter whether it's against any odds or not. While overcoming your fears is exactly what you would expect of a strong willed person. Of course when someone OP rushes to fight it's not that impressive, just like someone rushing in without thinking. But most OP ninja are brave, too - especially the good guys who don't get "blinded" by their power.

Btw, what would you say about those who go fearlessly against someone beyond their level on someone's order, as in out of loyalty?

You can be lead to do something for all the wrong reasons like Sasuke taking on the 5 Kage to hunt down Danzo out of bloodlust for example.

Being brave is returning to your destroyed village and fighting the leader of the Akatsuki. Because you have to.
Or attacking your reanimated sensei even though you're a kind and gentle person. Because there's no other choice.

I agree with Tsunade. She doesn't care if you can stomp her she is taking you on and that's why I like her. She gets shit done or dies trying betting her life. She's just awesome!!

I don't know about the bolded part... I mean, I'm a wuss in real life, but a couple of times I mindlessly jumped to defend my younger brother (even though he is an adult) against stronger opponents - I literally just can't help it. Maternity instincts? Whatever that is, it isn't really courage - some parts of the brain just turn themselves off. And if you have many people you care about, this will kick in and you'll jump to their defense too.

Has gotta be Shikamaru in my opinion. He faced Kakuzu and Hidan with the aid of Izumo, Kotetsu, and Asuma while analyzing their techs and formulating a plan to beat them following the tragic death of his Sensei. I know Naruto did the same for Jiraiya and Sasuke the same for Itachi, but those two are on par with Akatsuki members if not stronger. Shikamaru was sooo outmatched against Hidan and Kakuzu. And the thing is, he didn't even really have a sort of power-up. He found the courage to fight Hidan, an immortal S-rank criminal, and beat him. If that's not bravery idk what is haahha

in part 1 i didnt really care but from part 2 since beginning his politeness even to lower shinobis made me take closer look and i liked him. he is very good. and his death was like the saddest bv death
