Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
Putting the book away, his eyes tell him the terrain ahead is far too treacherous for Boit so he fathams what to do about it. Didn't take long for him to select an attack, one of his favorite from the lightning techniques he knew. Vegeta begins molding his Raiton chakra, covering both his hands in lightning which screams out loudly as his hands crackle from the enhanced chakra. Vegeta then kneels down and jumps as high as he can, holding both hands straight out to his sides, and reaching the apex of his leap, he slams both hands together connecting near the wrists, both hands facing outwards with lightning wildly emanating from the two. He was using his eyes to gauge how far the former human was from them, so as to clear a path straight to it and to sort of knock on the door, so to speak. with this quick calculation in place, Vegeta releases the mass of Raiton chakra from his hands as he exclaims..

Final... FLAAAAAAAASH!

A huge thunderbolt shoots from Vegeta's hands, cutting thru the mountanous terrain like butter till it hits the ground, landing square in between them and the Brat of Tiamat. With a tremendous explosion, the terrain was damn near wiped clean, leaving a clear path straight towards the beast and would provide a decent field for battle..

(Raiton: Chidori Jinrai) – Lightning Release: 1000 birds ThunderClap.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.
Vegeta however was not done, landing back on top of Boit's head, while the explosion occurs Vegeta has already moved onto his next set up for this battle, disgustedly he molds his water chakra and performs 6 seals, forming rain clouds with his chakra as far as the eyes could see, rain begins to fall that enhance Vegeta's sensing on a different scale but would also serve another purpose..

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake handseals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
Once the rain was covering the LM, so of it was mixed in with small amounts of snow flurries as well, though this didn't affect the effects of the chakra linked rain. He kept his eyes on the target as Boit moves on an intercept course. Boit begins to glow yellow, as he gains a golden feather made of ash on his chest. They continue to push forwards, however Vegeta would jump off of Boit leaving him 1 range behind as back up if needed..

Description: The Phoenix Feathered Muffler is a simple technique that involves the release of fire chakra that will cloak the user. Although this technique fully cloaks the user - as many defensive techniques do, it does not offer the typical defensive properties that a normal armour would, in fact, outside of the fiery golden glow that will emanate from the users visage, and the techniques special interaction with fire techniques, virtually nothing will change as the shroud is almost completely incorporeal. However, when the user is in contact with a flame that is either devoid of chakra, comprised of the users chakra, or comprised of the chakra of one that the user has a blood contract with, such as summons, the shrouds true abilities will be displayed. The user will be capable of interacting with any flame or fire technique that they produce without suffering from harm or adverse effects - such as respiratory problems - not only that but, should they so wish, they will be capable of interacting with fire as if it were a solid, liquid or gas - such as standing on top of a flame despite its incorporeal qualities or floating within a fire. This ability signifies the user as the 'Unburnt', gracing the user with an ability previously believed to be the sole realm of the Dragon and Phoenix. (Does not grant the user immunity to enemy fire techniques).

Notes:
This technique can be used a maximum of twice, will last until cancelled and has a two turn cooldown between usages. Furthermore a rather intriguing and strange effect of this technique is that, no matter how hard the user may try, they will be incapable of using water techniques while this technique is active. Stranger yet, is that the only solid portion of this technique is a feather comprised of golden ash, seemingly immune to anything but water, that will attach itself to the user's chest.

Tommy used to work on the docks. Yumi Island unions been on strike, he's down on his luck, it's tough. So tough. While traveling home to Shalewood to get back to Gina who works the diner all day, to bring home her pay for love, Tommy had stumbled upon the mighty battle going on with Mother. Inadvertently, he found himself covered by the Sea of Life as it expanded thru the LM. As the power granted by Sea of Life consumed him, all he could think about was his love for Gina, a thought that grew more distant as the power consumed his mind. Before it could fully take hold, he fled the area heading west as far away from Gina as possible, least he be responsible for causing her pain.

What followed was a rampage, he used these new abilities to cause destruction wherever he went, slipping in and out of the shadows as he did so as to not be discovered. However, as he made it to the Badlands of Earth, he realized the lands were ruled by the Village of Tsumigakure, a force not to be trifled with even in his powered up state. Instead, his brain took on a self preservation mind state and he used his Silent Fist to move without sound, unpredictably to throw off any who may have been following him. He would isolate himself from the world and hide until he was sure he wasn't being hunted down. He finally made it to a location that seemed so remote, he thought nobody would locate him as he searched his mind for any inkling of his old humanity. He could no longer remember what tethered him to this world, just a desire to use his rage and power to cause pain and destruction.

With the rain now falling hard suddenly, a loud explosion occurs as the ground shakes from it's might. In a flash, the rough terrain he had taken cover in was blow to hell, and two life forms we're approaching. Unfortunately for Tommy, a man riding on top of a nightmarish creature that resembled a huge snake with bull like horns and quills running along it's body to it's weaponized tail. He had failed at escaping, and the duo in front of him that just destroyed the mountainous cover he was hiding in were ones he remembered seeing fight Mother just before he was infected. If they had survived an encounter with her, things did not bode well for himself. He needed to get away from these two fast, engaging them in combat was the last resort. He quickly imbues himself with Yang natured chakra pushing his speed and power close to to it's limits, and using his SHB's training he cloaks himself in an invisible cloak of chakra making him move silently and unpredictably. He darts in the opposite direction of the 2, intended on reaching the next mountainous area and vanish before they could capture him..


( Muon no Ken ) - Silent Fist

While active, the user's physical attacks and motions become virtually unpredictable as there is no sound accompanying them. By channeling air away from their bodies they are met with less friction ergo less drag during movement. Due to this, the user will be nearly unpredictable in his movements, increasing this threefold. This does not mean the attacks move at this speed, however.

Note: Can only be used by Seven Heavenly Breath users and each use lasts up to 4 turns and be used 3 times max.

Hey, where the hell do you think you're going!

Geets exclaims, seeing the man glowing and his eyes detect a cloak of chakra coating the target's body. Quickly he tells Boit he'll need a boost as he touches the handles of his revolvers and mold's his katon chakra. Boit responds by extending his tail out to touch Vegeta's back as he sends chakra into Geets, Vegeta adds part of this chakra to his technique then doubles the total chakra by adding a layer of protection to Boit to the fire as he sends his senkaton rushing thru the air faster than the man could move, forming 3 ropes of fire that were powered up even more by the addition of senchakra and Boit's contribution as well. Using the Guns abilities, Vegeta also makes the ring extra large to accommodate the battlefield, trapping the man inside before he could flee. Vegeta then quickly molds his futon, creating 4 pillars of solidified wind chakra with an area at the top of each large enough to stand safely on. He cocks his head and grins as the man in halted in his tracks, there would be no escape today..

Running away is futile. I suggest you save that energy for the battle with me!

Geets angrily exclaims while raising his fist in anger. These abominations had caused enough harm, it was time to take out the rest of the trash..

(Katon/Futon - Sukueasākuru) - Fire/Wind Release - The Squared Circle

Description: The squared circle, where men become men. This jutsu is made to keep opponents from simply running away when confronted in cqc. The user begins by performing the Dragon seal, gathering Katon chakra thru their body and releasing it 360 degree's around themselves (Does no damage till it forms) forming 3 ropes of dense fire roughly 2 inches in diameter and spaced 1ft > 3ft > 5ft off the ground in the shape of a square roughly 7 1/2 meters away from the user in the epicenter (15 meters squared). The ropes while burning anyone that touches them also are dense and elastic enough to spring someone back off of them if thrown into them hard enough. As the ropes form, the user then molds his wind chakra, releasing to the ground at the 4 corners, creating 4 posts a 1/4 meter wide to form from the ground to just above the last rope, The user dulls the chakra on the top of the pillars, making it solid enough to stand on without being cut by the user or anyone else, but the sides of the pillars from the ground up will cause slicing damage equal to B rank 110 if touched. If an opponent attempts to run and jump out of the ring, the wind chakra in the corners can released outwards from their respective positions, setting the 3 ropes of fire ablaze sending flames shooting upwards 5 meters into the air, burning for the remainder of that turn causing a combined 90 160 damage, but costing an additional 20 chakra as well as a move, then ending the jutsu completely at the end of that turn.

( Eld no Jū ) The Guns of Eld

Description: A pair of revolvers once used by a man known as the Last Gunslinger, forged from an unknown indestructible alloy said to be the melted down remnants of the mighty sword Excalibur, wielded by King Arthur Eld during his fateful battle with the Dark wizard Maerlyn and the Crimson Queen. The blacksmith who forged the dual six-shooters was said to have combined his Katon with a special Sage Oil. The revolvers are grey with sandalwood grips and symbols along the barrels. The revolvers are conduits for Fire Release, granting them a number of abilities:

The Guns are extremely durable, nearly indestructible from their unknown alloy, making them resistant to oxidization, rusting, etc. This durability won't allow them to block or otherwise directly interact with Jutsu safely, however they can be incorporated into the user's hand-to-hand combat. There are also enhancements such as the revolvers themselves being able to act as conduits for the user's Katon, and at a reduced cost of 10 Chakra, due to the Katon found within the revolvers. Also, 4x's per battle the Guns may be used to passively extend the range of one Katon technique, this is possible due to the Katon already in the guns being released into the jutsu as a boost. This requires 1 turn cool down between uses and doing so and drains the guns of their Katon Chakra, and requires that the user wait 1 turn before the Guns replenish this independent store, however during this time they can still act as conduits within reason but will not allow the Guns to fire off their special Katon bullets.

-The Guns of Eld, as mentioned just above, can fire special, 2 inch diameter bullets made from Katon. The amount of Chakra naturally present in the alloy is enough to shoot off single rounds from each Gun having properties from both and would cause burning/concussive damage for A rank and below, limbs struck would drop the damage done by the limb hit 10 damage for 1 turn. Once per turn used, the guns can release an S rank combined blast utilizing 1/4 meter diameter in size "bullets" from each gun (combined S rank strength), being hit by this would not only severely burn and knock the target back, it would sear thru flesh and cauterize it in the process from the immense heat. This can be done 3x with 1 turn cool down. They can also fire off a total of 4 bullets per turn free form, doing 5 damage with 20 damage max. All bullets fired move at the speed of a standard Raiton jutsu

Note: Can only be used by Vegeta, and those he teaches. Naturally, this means the Guns of Eld will not work if stolen, as the user must be taught the deciphered symbols on the barrels to use. They also cannot be used against Vegeta by anyone he allows to use them. One could use the Guns without the ability to use Senchakra however would only be able to fire off Katon blasts, nothing related to Senchakra would work for them and would be disregarded during use by the individual.

Description:
This is an advanced ability that ninjas with great chakra control can learn to use and that Bijuu possess innately. The user will release his or hers unmolded chakra onto another ninja, effectively transferring it. The technique has many uses, from restoring an allies chakra to releasing him from a Genjutsu or simply to give him more chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically boost the power of a technique. Tsunade could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal multiple people at the same time during Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to power the use of a technique, the recipient of the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him, meaning that both the transfer and the technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct contact between user and target and restores the targets chakra by up to 100 points per turn. The technique can even be used by ninjas with natural energy passively coursing through their chakra flows, as a medical ninja's near perfect chakra control enables them to filter the unwanted and sometimes harmful energy from entering the recipients chakra system.
Note: Only usable by bios with great chakra control (NB Medical Ninjas, Hyuuga bios, Canon Medical Ninjas). Bios seen using it in the manga can also use it.

Description: A variant of ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’, Pyromania is a passive technique that allows the user to infuse extra chakra into a Fire based technique upon creation. Lasts until the targeted technique is destroyed, can only be used on one technique at a time with a two turn cooldown between uses, and can be used a maximum of three times.

Hey, where the hell do you think you're going!

Geets exclaims, seeing the man glowing and his eyes detect a cloak of chakra coating the target's body. Quickly he tells Boit he'll need a boost as he touches the handles of his revolvers and mold's his katon chakra. Boit responds by extending his tail out to touch Vegeta's back as he sends chakra into Geets, Vegeta adds part of this chakra to his technique then doubles the total chakra by adding a layer of protection to Boit to the fire as he sends his senkaton rushing thru the air faster than the man could move, forming 3 ropes of fire that were powered up even more by the addition of senchakra and Boit's contribution as well. Using the Guns abilities, Vegeta also makes the ring extra large to accommodate the battlefield, trapping the man inside before he could flee. Vegeta then quickly molds his futon, creating 4 pillars of solidified wind chakra with an area at the top of each large enough to stand safely on. He cocks his head and grins as the man in halted in his tracks, there would be no escape today..

Running away is futile. I suggest you save that energy for the battle with me!

Description: The squared circle, where men become men. This jutsu is made to keep opponents from simply running away when confronted in cqc. The user begins by performing the Dragon seal, gathering Katon chakra thru their body and releasing it 360 degree's around themselves (Does no damage till it forms) forming 3 ropes of dense fire roughly 2 inches in diameter and spaced 1ft > 3ft > 5ft off the ground in the shape of a square roughly 7 1/2 meters away from the user in the epicenter (15 meters squared). The ropes while burning anyone that touches them also are dense and elastic enough to spring someone back off of them if thrown into them hard enough. As the ropes form, the user then molds his wind chakra, releasing to the ground at the 4 corners, creating 4 posts a 1/4 meter wide to form from the ground to just above the last rope, The user dulls the chakra on the top of the pillars, making it solid enough to stand on without being cut by the user or anyone else, but the sides of the pillars from the ground up will cause slicing damage equal to B rank 110 if touched. If an opponent attempts to run and jump out of the ring, the wind chakra in the corners can released outwards from their respective positions, setting the 3 ropes of fire ablaze sending flames shooting upwards 5 meters into the air, burning for the remainder of that turn causing a combined 90 160 damage, but costing an additional 20 chakra as well as a move, then ending the jutsu completely at the end of that turn.

Description: A pair of revolvers once used by a man known as the Last Gunslinger, forged from an unknown indestructible alloy said to be the melted down remnants of the mighty sword Excalibur, wielded by King Arthur Eld during his fateful battle with the Dark wizard Maerlyn and the Crimson Queen. The blacksmith who forged the dual six-shooters was said to have combined his Katon with a special Sage Oil. The revolvers are grey with sandalwood grips and symbols along the barrels. The revolvers are conduits for Fire Release, granting them a number of abilities:

The Guns are extremely durable, nearly indestructible from their unknown alloy, making them resistant to oxidization, rusting, etc. This durability won't allow them to block or otherwise directly interact with Jutsu safely, however they can be incorporated into the user's hand-to-hand combat. There are also enhancements such as the revolvers themselves being able to act as conduits for the user's Katon, and at a reduced cost of 10 Chakra, due to the Katon found within the revolvers. Also, 4x's per battle the Guns may be used to passively extend the range of one Katon technique, this is possible due to the Katon already in the guns being released into the jutsu as a boost. This requires 1 turn cool down between uses and doing so and drains the guns of their Katon Chakra, and requires that the user wait 1 turn before the Guns replenish this independent store, however during this time they can still act as conduits within reason but will not allow the Guns to fire off their special Katon bullets.

-The Guns of Eld, as mentioned just above, can fire special, 2 inch diameter bullets made from Katon. The amount of Chakra naturally present in the alloy is enough to shoot off single rounds from each Gun having properties from both and would cause burning/concussive damage for A rank and below, limbs struck would drop the damage done by the limb hit 10 damage for 1 turn. Once per turn used, the guns can release an S rank combined blast utilizing 1/4 meter diameter in size "bullets" from each gun (combined S rank strength), being hit by this would not only severely burn and knock the target back, it would sear thru flesh and cauterize it in the process from the immense heat. This can be done 3x with 1 turn cool down. They can also fire off a total of 4 bullets per turn free form, doing 5 damage with 20 damage max. All bullets fired move at the speed of a standard Raiton jutsu

Note: Can only be used by Vegeta, and those he teaches. Naturally, this means the Guns of Eld will not work if stolen, as the user must be taught the deciphered symbols on the barrels to use. They also cannot be used against Vegeta by anyone he allows to use them. One could use the Guns without the ability to use Senchakra however would only be able to fire off Katon blasts, nothing related to Senchakra would work for them and would be disregarded during use by the individual.

Description:
This is an advanced ability that ninjas with great chakra control can learn to use and that Bijuu possess innately. The user will release his or hers unmolded chakra onto another ninja, effectively transferring it. The technique has many uses, from restoring an allies chakra to releasing him from a Genjutsu or simply to give him more chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically boost the power of a technique. Tsunade could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal multiple people at the same time during Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to power the use of a technique, the recipient of the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him, meaning that both the transfer and the technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct contact between user and target and restores the targets chakra by up to 100 points per turn. The technique can even be used by ninjas with natural energy passively coursing through their chakra flows, as a medical ninja's near perfect chakra control enables them to filter the unwanted and sometimes harmful energy from entering the recipients chakra system.
Note: Only usable by bios with great chakra control (NB Medical Ninjas, Hyuuga bios, Canon Medical Ninjas). Bios seen using it in the manga can also use it.

Attempting to flee the situation Tommy is shocked to see 3 ropes of fire appear blocking his path. Looking around they surrounded the clearing, his options were running out. Looking at Vegeta and the Snake he realized the Silent Fist technique was ending, the cloak gone now. If he were to stand a chance here, he needed to get in close to take advantage of his abilities. He relaxes for a moment before beginning a set of breathing exercises expanding his oxygen intake and fueling his cells as a yellow aura surrounds him, his eyes turning white, and his mind filling with rage at his situation as the First Breath activates. Suddenly, the yellow aura erupts flowing around Tommy like some sort of chakrra cloak. He would use these curse like powers of his to take this rage that has consumed his humanity out on the little man with the pointy hair first, then turn his attention to the big serpent. He begins to dash towards the two at a tremendous speed.

Description: The Seven Heavenly Breaths are a set of breathing exercises that gradually applies pressure to the lungs of the user, causing them to expand over several times their original size and therefore increase the amount of air they can hold. By being able to hold more air, the user becomes able to take in more oxygen to invigorate the body an increase the body's performance levels and energy expenditures way past that of their normal limits at the cost of their own physical health. Similarly to the Eight Inner Gates, this technique as the name suggests consists of several stages, or activations. Each activation is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired breath, but unlike the EIG, the user is unable to skip breath activation and must activate the 1st Breath and then continue.
  • (Daiichi Kassei) The First Activation: The user initiates the First Activation, or 1st Breath, increasing the lungs' vital capacity, allowing them to take in much more air than the usual and subsequently more oxygen to help energize the body's cells. Upon activation the user's eyes immediately go completely white and a powerful yellow aura envelopes them. The user gains a 1.5x speed boost and +10 to Taijutsu.

  • (Daini Kassei) The Second Activation: The user initiates the Second Activation, or 2nd Breath, stretching their own lungs even further, thereby increasing the air intake. This intake brings with it even more oxygen and the user's muscles and body grows slightly bigger. The user retains the speed from the first activation and gains a +20 damage boost to all Taijutsu techniques. User also suffers -10 damage.

  • (Daisan Kassei) The Third Activation: The user initiates the Third Activation, or 3rd Breath, causing their lungs to grow even bigger as the user's muscles and body increase in size and their skin goes bright red. This activation is similar in appearance to that of the 3rd Gate of the EIG and adds +25 damage to all Taijutsu techniques as well as the user moving 2x faster than their base speed. User suffers -15 damage.

  • (Daishi Kassei) The Fourth Activation: The user initiates the Fourth Activation, or 4th Breath, causing their lungs and muscle mass to double in size. The user is given a +30 damage boost to Taijutsu techniques as well as being able to move 3x faster than their base speed.

  • (Daigo Kassei) The Fifth Activation: The user initiates the Fifth Activation, or 5th Breath. The yellow aura grows more violent as it causes surrounding debris to sort of levitate around the user from the energy emanating from the body. The user achieves a +40 to Taijutsu techniques, x3 speed and suffers -30 damage.

  • (Dairoku Kassei) The Sixth Activation: The user initiates the Sixth Activation, or 6th Breath, causing their lungs and muscles to become stretched to the absolute limits, causing them to appear as a fiery towering figure. In addition to this, the user is given a x3.5 speed increase as well as a +50 to Taijutsu techniques. User suffers -35 damage. Should this breath timeout, the user will be unable to use Taijutsu or jutsu the user above S rank for 2 turns.

  • (Daishichi Kassei) The Seventh Activation: The final activation, the 7th Breath, is the end result of the Seven Heavenly Breaths and, therefore, the most dangerous and taxing. Upon activation, the user tears the fibers of their lungs and major muscle areas as their body is pushed past its limits. Upon observation, the user would have become a titantic size, standing at near triple their original size, scaled proportionately. Their eyes will remain a luminous white while their skin turns coal black and their veins become pronounced as yellow and red. After this activation ends, the user is left unable to use any Taijutsu or physical based attacks for 4 turns and is unable to use any chakra related fields above A rank for three turns. They also can only use two jutsu in those three turns. This Breath lasts for two turns, after which the user collapses from fatigue and the overall stress that had been placed on their bodies prior. In this state the user gains x4 speed and an increase in strength up to +60 to Taijutsu techniques. User also suffers -50.

The speed Tommy's combo would be hard to counter considering how fast he was moving, and unfortunately for the man the strikes were enhanced in power, hopefully he survives slamming into his own flaming ropes..

HERE HE COMES!

Geets exclaims letting Boit know what his Byakugan saw. If not for his eyes and JKD training the man would have vanished from normal sight, just a golden yellow blur. Thankfully that wasn't the case, and in conjunction of yelling out to Boit, Vegeta summons a layer of Manda's scales, covering his entire body in a layer of protection. He was correct in thinking he would need it to, as the guy managers to not only get close to the duo, but get's within close range with Geets. The guy nails Geets with a shoulder then a punch, and Vegeta sells the attack as if he was hurt allowing himself to go flying back as Manda's scales fade away, having done their job absorbing the damage. However he wasn't out of the woods just yet, his hi intensity burning flaming ring ropes of doom were in his direct trajectory, and he needed to act fast.

Description: The user will channel their chakra through out their entire body. By being able to summon Manda the user will summon a layer of Manda's scales that covers their entire body giving their body the strength of Manda's scales. The scales will be able to take up to A rank jutsus and is able to take one S rank jutsu but the user will have to shed the scales off their skin to survive it. The user will be able to get rid of scales anytime they chose but than won't be able to use this jutsu again for 3 turns.

And act fast he most certainly did, as he releases fire chakra coating himself in his own golden aura, a ash feather appearing on Vegeta's chest though hidden beneath his armor. He quickly does a half flip in the air, positioning his feet towards the ring ropes and looking back at Tommy. His boots make contact with the ropes, and thanks to his new aura he uses them like a spring, for as they bend from the force of Geets hitting them, Vegeta plots an airborne course back at his opponent, launching at great speed towards the unfortunate young man..

Description: The Phoenix Feathered Muffler is a simple technique that involves the release of fire chakra that will cloak the user. Although this technique fully cloaks the user - as many defensive techniques do, it does not offer the typical defensive properties that a normal armour would, in fact, outside of the fiery golden glow that will emanate from the users visage, and the techniques special interaction with fire techniques, virtually nothing will change as the shroud is almost completely incorporeal. However, when the user is in contact with a flame that is either devoid of chakra, comprised of the users chakra, or comprised of the chakra of one that the user has a blood contract with, such as summons, the shrouds true abilities will be displayed. The user will be capable of interacting with any flame or fire technique that they produce without suffering from harm or adverse effects - such as respiratory problems - not only that but, should they so wish, they will be capable of interacting with fire as if it were a solid, liquid or gas - such as standing on top of a flame despite its incorporeal qualities or floating within a fire. This ability signifies the user as the 'Unburnt', gracing the user with an ability previously believed to be the sole realm of the Dragon and Phoenix. (Does not grant the user immunity to enemy fire techniques).

Notes:
This technique can be used a maximum of twice, will last until cancelled and has a two turn cooldown between usages. Furthermore a rather intriguing and strange effect of this technique is that, no matter how hard the user may try, they will be incapable of using water techniques while this technique is active. Stranger yet, is that the only solid portion of this technique is a feather comprised of golden ash, seemingly immune to anything but water, that will attach itself to the user's chest.
As he lunges at the man, Vegeta adds chakra to his movements making the impact of his blows match his incredible limb speed, and he hauls back and strikes with a right fist of his own, landing square in the man's bird chest. This normal punch was enhanced slightly by his SM, however Vegeta was just beginning the fight looking for any openings he can exploit..

HERE HE COMES!

Geets exclaims letting Boit know what his Byakugan saw. If not for his eyes and JKD training the man would have vanished from normal sight, just a golden yellow blur. Thankfully that wasn't the case, and in conjunction of yelling out to Boit, Vegeta summons a layer of Manda's scales, covering his entire body in a layer of protection. He was correct in thinking he would need it to, as the guy managers to not only get close to the duo, but get's within close range with Geets. The guy nails Geets with a shoulder then a punch, and Vegeta sells the attack as if he was hurt allowing himself to go flying back as Manda's scales fade away, having done their job absorbing the damage. However he wasn't out of the woods just yet, his hi intensity burning flaming ring ropes of doom were in his direct trajectory, and he needed to act fast.

The user will be able to get rid of scales anytime they chose but than won't be able to use this jutsu again for 3 turns.

And act fast he most certainly did, as he releases fire chakra coating himself in his own golden aura, a ash feather appearing on Vegeta's chest though hidden beneath his armor. He quickly does a half flip in the air, positioning his feet towards the ring ropes and looking back at Tommy. His boots make contact with the ropes, and thanks to his new aura he uses them like a spring, for as they bend from the force of Geets hitting them, Vegeta plots an airborne course back at his opponent, launching at great speed towards the unfortunate young man..

Description: The Phoenix Feathered Muffler is a simple technique that involves the release of fire chakra that will cloak the user. Although this technique fully cloaks the user - as many defensive techniques do, it does not offer the typical defensive properties that a normal armour would, in fact, outside of the fiery golden glow that will emanate from the users visage, and the techniques special interaction with fire techniques, virtually nothing will change as the shroud is almost completely incorporeal. However, when the user is in contact with a flame that is either devoid of chakra, comprised of the users chakra, or comprised of the chakra of one that the user has a blood contract with, such as summons, the shrouds true abilities will be displayed. The user will be capable of interacting with any flame or fire technique that they produce without suffering from harm or adverse effects - such as respiratory problems - not only that but, should they so wish, they will be capable of interacting with fire as if it were a solid, liquid or gas - such as standing on top of a flame despite its incorporeal qualities or floating within a fire. This ability signifies the user as the 'Unburnt', gracing the user with an ability previously believed to be the sole realm of the Dragon and Phoenix. (Does not grant the user immunity to enemy fire techniques).

Notes:
This technique can be used a maximum of twice, will last until cancelled and has a two turn cooldown between usages. Furthermore a rather intriguing and strange effect of this technique is that, no matter how hard the user may try, they will be incapable of using water techniques while this technique is active. Stranger yet, is that the only solid portion of this technique is a feather comprised of golden ash, seemingly immune to anything but water, that will attach itself to the user's chest.
As he lunges at the man, Vegeta adds chakra to his movements making the impact of his blows match his incredible limb speed, and he hauls back and strikes with a right fist of his own, landing square in the man's bird chest. This normal punch was enhanced slightly by his SM, however Vegeta was just beginning the fight looking for any openings he can exploit..

Laughing he grabs Vegeta's outstretched arm and throws himself backwards towards the ground, driving his right leg upwards striking Vegeta in his chest from the close proximity and launching him upwards like a rocket as the rain pours from the sky. However he wasn't getting off that easy..

By being able to hold more air, the user becomes able to take in more oxygen to invigorate the body an increase the body's performance levels and energy expenditures way past that of their normal limits at the cost of their own physical health. Similarly to the Eight Inner Gates, this technique as the name suggests consists of several stages, or activations. Each activation is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired breath, but unlike the EIG, the user is unable to skip breath activation and must activate the 1st Breath and then continue.
  • (Daiichi Kassei) The First Activation: The user initiates the First Activation, or 1st Breath, increasing the lungs' vital capacity, allowing them to take in much more air than the usual and subsequently more oxygen to help energize the body's cells. Upon activation the user's eyes immediately go completely white and a powerful yellow aura envelopes them. The user gains a 1.5x speed boost and +10 to Taijutsu.

  • (Daini Kassei) The Second Activation: The user initiates the Second Activation, or 2nd Breath, stretching their own lungs even further, thereby increasing the air intake. This intake brings with it even more oxygen and the user's muscles and body grows slightly bigger. The user retains the speed from the first activation and gains a +20 damage boost to all Taijutsu techniques. User also suffers -10 damage.

  • (Daisan Kassei) The Third Activation: The user initiates the Third Activation, or 3rd Breath, causing their lungs to grow even bigger as the user's muscles and body increase in size and their skin goes bright red. This activation is similar in appearance to that of the 3rd Gate of the EIG and adds +25 damage to all Taijutsu techniques as well as the user moving 2x faster than their base speed. User suffers -15 damage.

  • (Daishi Kassei) The Fourth Activation: The user initiates the Fourth Activation, or 4th Breath, causing their lungs and muscle mass to double in size. The user is given a +30 damage boost to Taijutsu techniques as well as being able to move 3x faster than their base speed.

  • (Daigo Kassei) The Fifth Activation: The user initiates the Fifth Activation, or 5th Breath. The yellow aura grows more violent as it causes surrounding debris to sort of levitate around the user from the energy emanating from the body. The user achieves a +40 to Taijutsu techniques, x3 speed and suffers -30 damage.

  • (Dairoku Kassei) The Sixth Activation: The user initiates the Sixth Activation, or 6th Breath, causing their lungs and muscles to become stretched to the absolute limits, causing them to appear as a fiery towering figure. In addition to this, the user is given a x3.5 speed increase as well as a +50 to Taijutsu techniques. User suffers -35 damage. Should this breath timeout, the user will be unable to use Taijutsu or jutsu the user above S rank for 2 turns.

  • (Daishichi Kassei) The Seventh Activation: The final activation, the 7th Breath, is the end result of the Seven Heavenly Breaths and, therefore, the most dangerous and taxing. Upon activation, the user tears the fibers of their lungs and major muscle areas as their body is pushed past its limits. Upon observation, the user would have become a titantic size, standing at near triple their original size, scaled proportionately. Their eyes will remain a luminous white while their skin turns coal black and their veins become pronounced as yellow and red. After this activation ends, the user is left unable to use any Taijutsu or physical based attacks for 4 turns and is unable to use any chakra related fields above A rank for three turns. They also can only use two jutsu in those three turns. This Breath lasts for two turns, after which the user collapses from fatigue and the overall stress that had been placed on their bodies prior. In this state the user gains x4 speed and an increase in strength up to +60 to Taijutsu techniques. User also suffers -50.
Note: Seven Heavenly Breaths can only be used two times per battle and up to fourth activation and below the first time. After the first use, the user cannot use for at least 4 turns.

No, between his SM and the Saiyan Armor, Geets took no damage whatsoever. Being launched vertically flipping end over end with nothing but your enhanced eyes and sensing to rely on was well, not as bad as it seems lol. Vegeta was easily able to ascertain his directional position and location of his opponent as he hurled upwards..

Because of the armor’s unique characteristics it makes the wearer capable of reducing up to 25 damage from physical attacks. The armour when forged was inlaid with doton chakra similar to the cannon light weight technique making it so it doesn't hinder the users speed while granting another ability; the Armor can release an instant surge of S rank earth chakra into the users body for a split second similar to the (Doton: Chōkeijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique, allowing the users speed to increase for a sudden movement in a linear direction up to mid range (2x speed), where their speed returns to normal. This ability activates instantly, lasting for one movement, and can be used only thrice per battle. Another aspect of the armor is the user can release their chakra into it using it to harden the armor similar to the cannon B rank earth Hardening technique, increasing the defensive powers of the armor to that of A rank earth following the s/w of earth release.
Note: Reducing the weight costs a move, can be used twice, with two turns between uses and can only move up to mid range.
Note: Hardening the armor can be used 3 times, is A ranked, can be used once per turn, protecting the users body where the armor covers.
And good thing to, because the man powered up and grew even larger physically, his aura raged around him as he leaps quickly into the air towards Geets. He was much faster, however that speed wouldn't help much once he was mid air, and Vegeta was counting on it. As he approaches Vegeta uses his eyes to time his maneuver just right, the man outstretches both his fists to double strike Geets, and that's when Vegeta kicks off a simple rain drop, pushing him forwards and out of harms way as he half flips to an upright position. As the man misses, Vegeta kicks off one more rain drop to begin his assault..

(Ame Odori) Rain Dance

Description: After using a technique that causes rain to fall from the sky, the user will then push chakra to their feet and will be able to push off of the drops of water with their feet, tho they must be quick when doing so. This jutsu derives from a ninja's ability to walk on water no matter how thin or small the water source is so it does not require suiton chakra to perform, this is just a more intense version the requires fast reflexes and movement to accomplish.

Notes:
- The user can move freely on the water drops.
- Must know my "Jeet Kun Do" in order to perform this as it allows you to move a limb in the blink of an eye
As Tommy misses his blow, his momentum carries him upwards enough to be at a slight height advantage to Geets in mid air, and kicking off the rain drop Vegeta drives his left fist square into the solar plexus of the man, letting out a loud "WAATAH" as he adds extra power to the blow launching Tommy flying upwards even higher, the strike dazing him as Vegeta begins rushing upwards running on the rain that's falling. Moving at a tremendous speed, Geets passes the ascending Tommy and gets above him, and as Tommy rises he is met with Vegeta, kicking himself downwards off a rain drop head first towards Tommy, landing a strong right hook to the man's back which begins his downward descent. Kicking off another falling droplet, Geets quickly slams into the man from above with a left hook, repeating the process with right/left combo's 10 times, each blow sending the man plummeting faster and faster to the ground. doing a somersault, Vegeta comes out of it by driving an ax kick straight into the spine of Tommy who slams into the ground like a missile, leaving him laying in a crater on the wet ground. Geets kicks off another rain drop slowing himself, and lands safely a few meters away from the man, ready to see if he can continue fighting or not. Something told Geets it wasn't over yet, and MoW was now deactivated..

Jie Quan Dao: Doragon no Haaku | Jeet Kune Do: Dragon's Grasp

Description: This is a combination utilizing "Movement of water" & "Rain dance". The user after entering "Movement of water" and activating "Rain dance" will send an upward angled strike into the opponent's solar plexus hard, making the opponent dazed and paralyzed until the combo finishes. The user will keep adding force into their strike sending the opponent into the air by 10 meters. The user will then dash from rain drop to rain drop to above the opponent and then dash downwards utilizing the rain drops and begin striking the opponent repetitively in a series of 10 strikes as the user dashes downwards off a rain drop at the opponent upon each strike. Since the user is dashing downwards off the rain drops as they deliver each strike while being so close to the opponent it gives each of their strikes enough destructive force to break ribs. After the 10th strike, the user finishes with a final kick to the opponent's center sending the opponent smashing into the ground with enough force to fracture their spine on impact.

- This deactivates "Movement of Water" after use from exhaustion and user suffers double the drawbacks, therefore, no B rank taijutsu next turn

As he approaches Vegeta uses his eyes to time his maneuver just right, the man outstretches both his fists to double strike Geets, and that's when Vegeta kicks off a simple rain drop, pushing him forwards and out of harms way as he half flips to an upright position. As the man misses, Vegeta kicks off one more rain drop to begin his assault..

Description: After using a technique that causes rain to fall from the sky, the user will then push chakra to their feet and will be able to push off of the drops of water with their feet, tho they must be quick when doing so. This jutsu derives from a ninja's ability to walk on water no matter how thin or small the water source is so it does not require suiton chakra to perform, this is just a more intense version the requires fast reflexes and movement to accomplish.

Notes:
- The user can move freely on the water drops.
- Must know my "Jeet Kun Do" in order to perform this as it allows you to move a limb in the blink of an eye
As Tommy misses his blow, his momentum carries him upwards enough to be at a slight height advantage to Geets in mid air, and kicking off the rain drop Vegeta drives his left fist square into the solar plexus of the man, letting out a loud "WAATAH" as he adds extra power to the blow launching Tommy flying upwards even higher, the strike dazing him as Vegeta begins rushing upwards running on the rain that's falling. Moving at a tremendous speed, Geets passes the ascending Tommy and gets above him, and as Tommy rises he is met with Vegeta, kicking himself downwards off a rain drop head first towards Tommy, landing a strong right hook to the man's back which begins his downward descent. Kicking off another falling droplet, Geets quickly slams into the man from above with a left hook, repeating the process with right/left combo's 10 times, each blow sending the man plummeting faster and faster to the ground. doing a somersault, Vegeta comes out of it by driving an ax kick straight into the spine of Tommy who slams into the ground like a missile, leaving him laying in a crater on the wet ground. Geets kicks off another rain drop slowing himself, and lands safely a few meters away from the man, ready to see if he can continue fighting or not. Something told Geets it wasn't over yet, and MoW was now deactivated..

Jie Quan Dao: Doragon no Haaku | Jeet Kune Do: Dragon's Grasp

Description: This is a combination utilizing "Movement of water" & "Rain dance". The user after entering "Movement of water" and activating "Rain dance" will send an upward angled strike into the opponent's solar plexus hard, making the opponent dazed and paralyzed until the combo finishes. The user will keep adding force into their strike sending the opponent into the air by 10 meters. The user will then dash from rain drop to rain drop to above the opponent and then dash downwards utilizing the rain drops and begin striking the opponent repetitively in a series of 10 strikes as the user dashes downwards off a rain drop at the opponent upon each strike. Since the user is dashing downwards off the rain drops as they deliver each strike while being so close to the opponent it gives each of their strikes enough destructive force to break ribs. After the 10th strike, the user finishes with a final kick to the opponent's center sending the opponent smashing into the ground with enough force to fracture their spine on impact.

- This deactivates "Movement of Water" after use from exhaustion and user suffers double the drawbacks, therefore, no B rank taijutsu next turn

Getting himself back upright, he turns towards the man and begins to rush towards him, raising his right knee driving it into Vegeta's gut, doubling him over as Tommy drives his left elbow downwards to the back of the head slamming Geets face first into the muddy ground, KO'd..

As the man shifts forwards and begins moving, Vegeta uses his chakra to force the man to peer into his serpent like eyes. Doing so he sidesteps, as the man falls forwards paralyzed with fear to the ground, his mind filled with visions of Vegeta ending his life, a premonition of things to come unfortunately.

Boit, now!!

Exclaims Geets, and Boit responds in kind snatching the man up from the ground in his huge mouth. His fangs piecing into the man's torso and chest as burning venom pumps into the man, making his visions of death closer to reality..

When this strikes the enemy they're afflicted with a powerful killing intent native to only those of the snake contract. This version of killing intent can be used by the snake summons themselves or by the user. If used by either it follows the same restrictions as the normal killing intent but the rank varies depending either on the rank of the snake. For example a B ranked snake will create a B ranked killing intent. Or it will be increased in affect by one rank for the user versus his normal killing intent. This is based mostly on the incredible intimidation caused by the eyes of a snake, as shown throughout the series by Orochimaru who's killing intent was enough to completely paralyse an opponent beyond movement, when he fought Kakashi or Sasuke, this killing intent will be so overwhelming it will force the victim to make eye contact with the serpentine eyes instilling them with a sense of fear and dread stronger than the normal killing intent. This ability can be used by snake summoners other than Orochimaru but they must have access to snake sage mode to replicate the paralysing gaze of the snake. If used by Orochimaru during his sage mode it will increase in power by two ranks, but will cut the duration of his sage mode by one turn.

Description: Boitatá, the most proficient of all Snakes in usage of Katon, is a personal summons of Vegeta Valentine. He is comparable in size to Aoda with bull-like horns on his head. From just behind the top of his skull is what looks like quills coming off him in a staggered pattern down his body. His tail is pointed having an ax shape to it with a spear tip in the center. The razor sharp horns as well as heavy blunt/sharp tail can be used for striking and would also carry burning damage from him always molding his Katon. Its eyes are stunning and bright, and he is very strong even by large Snake summons standards. A fierce, powerful, menacing Minister of Death whom thanks to his natural affinity to Katon and burning things, hates nature, especially the forest. He is an avid swimmer moving as fast as he can on land (Kage rank Taijutsu Master). His fangs contain a powerful snake venom, and one bite from him would not only burn someone severely but would also paralyze them as the venom quickly makes it way thru their system, taking 2 turns for total paralysis to set in, lasting for one turn.

Abilities:

- Can communicate with humans and snakes alike
- Uses Katon with no seals, and basic Ninjutsu (only Hiding with Camouflage and Chakra transfer technique)
- Cannot be harmed by B ranks and below
- Can sense with heat/scent/vibration and can also sense things thru their natural energy

With Boit shaking his head violently like a dog with a chew toy, Vegeta instructs Boit to toss Tommy out of the ring for the count out. Boitatá whips his head towards the ropes, releasing the man and hurling him to above the ropes. At this moment, Vegeta sends the wind chakra from the corner posts into the enhanced fiery ropes, sending burning flames upwards 5 meters into the air, Tommy meeting this wall of flames head on and being incinerated down to his bare bones, finally out of his misery. Vegeta, remembering the stipulations of the bounty, quickly busts out his cell and grabs and quick selfie with the burnt corpse as proof he was dead. With the CoT that was reported in their home territories was now neutralized, Geets mounts Boit standing between his bull like horns, and they watch as the ropes finally burn out and vanish, before heading out to cash in on the bounty..

(Katon/Futon - Sukueasākuru) - Fire/Wind Release - The Squared Circle

Description: The squared circle, where men become men. This jutsu is made to keep opponents from simply running away when confronted in cqc. The user begins by performing the Dragon seal, gathering Katon chakra thru their body and releasing it 360 degree's around themselves (Does no damage till it forms) forming 3 ropes of dense fire roughly 2 inches in diameter and spaced 1ft > 3ft > 5ft off the ground in the shape of a square roughly 7 1/2 meters away from the user in the epicenter (15 meters squared). The ropes while burning anyone that touches them also are dense and elastic enough to spring someone back off of them if thrown into them hard enough. As the ropes form, the user then molds his wind chakra, releasing to the ground at the 4 corners, creating 4 posts a 1/4 meter wide to form from the ground to just above the last rope, The user dulls the chakra on the top of the pillars, making it solid enough to stand on without being cut by the user or anyone else, but the sides of the pillars from the ground up will cause slicing damage equal to B rank 110 if touched. If an opponent attempts to run and jump out of the ring, the wind chakra in the corners can released outwards from their respective positions, setting the 3 ropes of fire ablaze sending flames shooting upwards 5 meters into the air, burning for the remainder of that turn causing a combined 90 160 damage, but costing an additional 20 chakra as well as a move, then ending the jutsu completely at the end of that turn.

Visions of death filled Tommy's mind as his brain was practically broken from the fear, then the pain of the fangs piercing into him. He didn't even feel the fire that instantly incinerated him, it was far too hot and powerful and he was unconscious by then, dreaming of once again being with his love Gina, and also wondering if she was banging the cook yet at the diner she worked at all day..
