ok i like reading some of the role playing fights and especially when there is a bounty but is there a rule stating that the bounty must be paid upon completion or can the person that put the bounty out on someone simply kill you and not pay you if so there should be a rule stating that the person who delivers the person for wich the bounty was offered should just be able to collect the bounty like when in naruto the person that pays the bounty is some store merchant with the funds already provided by the person who put the hit out so i believe the person should just pay up and no battle should take place like meeting in a neutral ground where all jutsus are outomatically cancelled out and what ever taijutsu or physical damage you try to comit gets dealt back to you
