The Yin seal on Sasuke's hand was the shadow on the moon, Naruto's Yang seal was the Moon. So, i guess i was right about Sasuke having a gibbous moon all along. SUCK ON THAT, BEEYOTCH!

The moon is the earth's satellite. They weren't on the planet earth therefore it's not the moon.

A Moon refers to any bloody big rock in the sky that orbits the planet. Not just The Moon.

If a satelite is big enough, it counts as a moon.

The Moon is a satellite. As such, it orbits a bigger celestial body than itself and reflects the light of the nearest focus, which is the Sun. When the Earth happens to be in the way of this phenomenon, it projects its shadow on the surface of the Moon. Sasuke and Naruto are both the same satellite. They are only different phases of it. They do not possess individual light, they reflect other entities' light.

When Kishimmoto employs the metaphor of Kushina an Minato being Naruto's two Suns, well... I need not explain this.

When Kishimoto speaks through Hagaromo about the story and nature of his two sons, he employs the same metaphor: Ashura needed to reflect other people's light in order to grow strong. Indra, on the other part, chose to follow his own path. Which would Indra's path be, if he is a satellite just as well as Ashura? Well, to know this, one has to pay attention to what each one is reflecting, not to what each one is. Kishimoto has reinforced this idea all throughout the manga: you should be judged for what you want to become, not only for what you are.

This said: Naruto is a Moon that reflects the Sun's light fully.
Sasuke is a Moon, but he stares at the Earth's shadow.

If one goes further in differentiating their essences, well, I guess at this point in the manga it could be said that each one of them has become what they intended to become. So, Naruto is the Sun and Sasuke is the Earth and none of them is a Moon.

And what of the image you are talking about? It can easily mean Ashura being complete due to having others around him while Indra being incomplete due to being a lone wolf, hence a full moon and an incomplete moon
or something else

First of all, light travels in a straight direction, and not in swirls like in that image(s) you are clinging to
Second, the image i was referring to was about the moon and not the people, dont try to avert it again, now, does that look like a sun/star/nova to you? Elaborate.
And lastly, i do look at the manga and all of Kish.'s work as a whole that is why i am not stick to one option.
When did Minato and Kushina become a star/suns, perhaps you should look up the word "metaphors".
