Both arms missing and cancelling IT

So I am curious about both of their arms missing with the sun and moon seals on them since they were suppose to put them together to release IT to release all of the shinobi. No I can see the symbolism of there blood being together at this time could possibly make the effect but I am not sure if that is really the case. Now we saw in earlier chapters that Naruto can regenerate people body parts but that was using the hand with the seal. We do not know if he can do this with the other hand or not but we do know he does not have the chakra to accomplish this currently. If it happens to be that Naruto can do this than I would assume he will get chakra from Sakura or possibly other tailed beasts to do it. Thoughts?

Naruto has healing powers, let him rest up and he'll give them their arms back. He did give Kakashi an eye afterall

The IT is released by them making the rat seal simultaneously. That was a translation error. Anyways, they can still make the rat seal if they share their remaining arms to make one.

The fox can heal naruto , sasuke can use his eye to heal his arm. It's like people can only remember the last chapter here.

Yeah, even without Sasuke having said that, there's also the thing where he thought he didn't need Naruto, he could use the tailed beasts instead.
