You're right, he doesn't actually use them, but he as them. Honestly it's just an overkill. We just know he's capable of accessing them, but no real way to captilize them. Honestly I would rather have his listed abilities rather than speculating on what if. You feel me?

Rasengan is an A Rank technique that took him four days to learn, despite the size. As you can see, he made it a full version. And if you read the scans, any technique of the Rasengan which has an elemental nature applied, is S Rank in skill. So, I think that's pretty cool. I was just explaining more on why he was able to throw it.

Feat wise? He's definitely better right now.

They don't really have enough feats -- That's sort of the problem too, plus we don't know what they are all made up of. Given that the movie focused on Boruto, and for the most part we never got to see what he was truly made up of either considering the device conflict was a constant through the Movie.

Exactly this. Sarada will be his equal and rival but Boruto has shown better feats as of now. Currently, I'd say he's stronger. Plus, Sarada is yet to progress to 3T level, so that'd make up for the difference along with other powers. But again, feats belong to Boruto.

@OP BTW, just because Boruto has received so much at such a young age doesn't mean he'll keep progressing at the same rate forever. His powers will saturate at one point while Sarada will still have potential to develop. Eventually, they'll be equal (presumably).

Will Mitsuki learn Orochimaru's snake techniques, learn Ninjutsu releases, or learn 'Snake/Dragon Sage Mode'?
Will Boruto learn to improve his weapon control (as in learning sword play/mastering shuriken throwing), learn more advanced Ninjutsu techniques, learn Sage Mode, or learn Flying Thunder God?

But presuming Sarada to be Boruto's rival and considering Naruto-Sasuke rivalry, it makes sense for Sarada to be on par with Boruto (though frankly, I don't like the idea of another rivalry but considering her potential, it kind of pushes the idea). Right now, Boruto outshining Sarada was understandable since the movie was about him and also a presumed big chunk of his powers have been developed and displayed. Sarada however can progress a lot more considering she's yet to reach 3T level and isn't even proficient in basic Uchiha ninjutsu and skills.

I'm not a fan of Boruto but can't deny it, the kid have the talent to dominate the new generation if he put in the effort.. What I don't get is he train with the best(Sasuke) and still doubted himself in every way until Naruto gave him chakra for the resengan.

He didn't stop doubting himself when Naruto gave him chakra for the Rasengan, he started to get a bit emotional because he wanted to know what his father had to go through to make it to where he could create this level of power.

He stopped doubting himself around the time Sasuke had the conversation with him. When he finally become a shinobi, aka through Sasuke's words, when he finally put the headband on and went to save his father.

Before that it was a long ranged of conflict between him and Naruto internally (As in Boruto wanting to do anything just so Naruto could see him/be proud of him).

As for Boruto I want to see him learn more hyuuga techniques and combine it with his style. I'm not so keen on Boruto going purely his father's route while Hima purely her mother's, right now it feels like he could be someone else's kid. xd

Sarada's definitely combining, so should Boruto.
