I'm thinking more of the lines of winning or losing here, because there is always the rare case of a shinobi passing even though they lost the battle like Shikamaru. Though I seriously doubt anyone has that high of a IQ this generation (unless Shikidai is a carbon copy to the extreme).

Though usually you win each Part, and then the final round. You graduate. If you lose ... you pretty much have to try again next year. Which is why I don't see them fighting because they would both pass and become Chunin, unless Kishimoto trolls XD.

Papasuke to the rescue? Honestly I feel that the story is getting twisted so that the plot can stop moving. Like the Bento thing to give to Naruto, I have this weird feeling that Shin is going to steal it or something. I don't know but the plot is moving weird as hell. If Kishimoto wanted to end the drama he would have done so with Shizune in Chapter 2, I definitely feel it going for a few more chapters before her and Sasuke meet. Or, at least a good explanation.

I thought about her getting kidnapped too, but with Naruto in the vicinity that won’t happen. Kishimoto already proved Naruto can out move him in foot speed quite easily, in fact he saved Sarada first, and then Chou Chou, and Chou Chou was already going to be split in half with the scythe. So him having some possible way of stealing Sarada while Naruto negs Shin is probably out of the question.
Though Chou Chou I’m afraid for, because somehow she is going to get hurt in a way which activates her Sharingan, because Naruto/Sasuke aren’t getting hurt, and I doubt she cares about Naruto like that XD
But I don’t see Sasuke pissing her off, and I would hate for her to activate her Sharingan through daddy issues :sdo:
