The reason why Madara and Obito was able to attack Minato was his sage mode only lasts for a few seconds. If Minato had full control on sage mode he would have defeated them. Well the point of thread was discussing about his fighting style. Not about surpassing his father.
Me too hope like that it's not a copy of Naruto. May be kishi can give him some jutsu like FTG ot some other strong jutsu. If he fight like Naruto It will be completely boring to read.

Are you forgetting he is the same age Jiraiya was when he went to the toad mountain so it would not be absurd if a prodigy master stage mode at 13. Look at Naruto he mastered sage mode in about a week or two

Not really, Naruto got it even thought his dad and godfather had it. Boruto can learn it around age 16 like Naruto, Pa toad said you need a large chakra reserve and the guts to power thru the training; Bolt said he's going to surpass Naruto in the movie trailer so he has the guts.
How does Salada have more potential than Bolt? Both of his parents are descendants from Kaguya's sons; Bolt can have abilities from both parents plus awaken a new power thru being born from Hamura and Hagoromo descendants. Salada is only from Hagoromo lineage.
SM increases your base power, Bolt would have to be strong in base to be at such levels and even then Pein wasn't at full power nor could use deva path (Naruto wasn't at full power either but eh). Bolt in the trailer said he will surpass Naruto so he does have a drive and some people said Salada will get MS and Yin seal which both are powers few people had yet SM which only requirement were having a large chakra reserve and the guts to power thru the training is doable.
So it was ok for Naruto to get it when his dad, godfather, and Hashirama all had it and Naruto is compared to all 3 of them. Naruto is exactly how Jiraiya was when he was a kid, Hashirama acts like Naruto when he's not serious. Jiraiya had imperfect SM with Ma and Pa toad fused, Naruto and Minato had perfect SM but never fused with the toad sages for battle; so Bolt can be shown fused with toad sages or if he does awaken a doujutsu it would have a new look for the eyes.
Minato taught his bodyguards how to do it and it's most likely in the forbidden scroll that Naruto stole in part 1 since Minato had to learn it from somewhere since only Tobirama knew it and he was long since dead. Naruto learned multi-shadow clone from the scroll so that's forbidden so you can still learn them.
You do know Edo Tensei are weaker than their alive forms right? Alive Minato is faster than Edo Minato. Plus his enemies were Juubi Jins with the Rinnegan, and were sensors. Also since both were Juubi Jins they can use faster Shunshin; they were faster than Edo Minato's speed not FTG.
Well Naruto was using 3 clones along with himself so that was 4 days worth of training in a day for he had over a month worth of training. Bolt can do the same thing, Naruto never noticed that the shadow clones give him Intel, Kakashi was discouraged at that so Bolt will either figure it out or be told by Naruto or Kakashi.
