So I was trying to make a sig for the Boruto sig contest on NB but got caught up with my stupid 4k display.
I had to bump the size of the sig to 741x450 Pixels. So now when I tried resizing that back down to half its size in Photoshop, it looked really blurry and just horrible so I just can't submit it.

If I resize it using HTML coding, it looks great on my computer.
Its impossible to use PS now to do signatures so I guess I'll be stopping until I get a 1080p monitor to work with T_T
So this may be my last sig for a long while.

It probably looks blurry as heck on your computer but idk how to fix it z.z

You must be registered for see images

What it looks like in PS at 741x450 pixels
You must be registered for see images

What it looks like when resized to half its size in PS:
You must be registered for see images

Edit: If anyone here knows of a fix for high retina displays in Photoshop, lemme know T_T

You resized the image?

Try resizing the canvas and use shift + transform controls (upright or upleft anchor) and resize the image manually to adjust to the canvas and not the image and all the elements.

The typography is clearly blurry and full of noise on my screen btw.

Done all of that but its because of the resolution. It looks crisp on a 4k monitor when exported and viewed at 50% but blurry on a 1080P monitor.

You seem rusty, nothing ill meant but i think you are xd. Resolution-wise it looks fine on my Retina display h_h
lol I am :p
Its been a while.
And this whole retina thing and Photoshop is giving me cancer.. they still haven't done anything about it, so I can't work in PS with small stuff anymore.

Far from the best you can do man .-. I know your problem with resolutions on your display and PS.Imo switch back to 1080 for time being.
As for the signature,it looks a bit noobish (like you in GFX few years ago xD jk jk).Hope to see more from ya ;)

The resized version actually looks fine on my screen, apart from the slightly over blurred edges:p Does your 4k monitor allow you to change the resolution at all? like how playstations let you select between 720 and 1080, not sure if it would help at all though as I have zero experience with 4k.

Anyway you definitely look rusty old man haha.

Yeah, it's showing blurry for me too.
Btw, just letting you know that you can switch the resolution from 4k to 1080P.
Not sure what to say about this tag though :pkun:

Do you know anyon in your base that works with 4K on photoshop? I really need a fix since I miss tag making :(

Yeah, it's showing blurry for me too.

I can but it looks really blurry and LQ :(
The exported image at full size only looks good at 50% for me.

PS hasn't found a way to fix it yet and its been years :(
I'm working in AI mostly these days since its vector and not pixel based.

Try right clicking on the PS emblem on your desktop, then go to properties>compatibility and select disable display scaling on high DPI settings. Make sure the little box has a tick, then hit apply, then ok that will make PS render in 1080p.

In properties>compatibility if you don't have "disable display scaling on high DPI settings" then look for "override high DPI scaling behaviour. Leave scaling performed by on application.

Also when you do this make sure your screen resolution is set to 1080p as well.

Gonna try this! Thanks BB!
Edit: Sadly I don't have those options T_T

It's not happening to my monitor though. I guess that might be because it's a laptop, not sure ...
Its confusing the heck outta me T_T Lol
