Boruto seemingly only carries Naruto Physical and personal traits. Although he does have some trait of Hinata such as blushing whenever someone close approach to you. However when it comes to being talents due to their bloodline, Boruto certainty carries mostly the Hyuga.
Boruto whisker have been manifested due to the Kyuubi chakra but certaintly he posses Uzumaki dna which gives him chakra reserve but on a weaker scale due to the dominance of the Hyuga genes; he definitely inherited the Hyuga Special Body by expelling chakra from every tenketsu in his bodies which allows him to use gentle fist and possibly air palm (If that is confirm)
Right now Boruto havn't displayed any feats in regarding the Uzumaki bloodpool which is the problem.
So in essence Boruto only has 25% Uzumaki, 25%Namikaze and 50% Hyuga.
Also to keep in mind Boruto also acquire lightning element from Hinata if you follow by the databook. By able to train with Sasuke, he was able to manifest lightning style all thanks to the Hyuga KKG.
Now to put that aside, due to the confirmation of Gentlefist, Boruto was also trained with Hinata for god knows how long so it's a possibility that he has more Hyuga techniques in his arsenal however he did manage to grasp from Naruto Shadow clones although it's arguable if they had only spend time toghether for only brief moments everyday or every other days I dunno for now all we can do is Speculate.

EDIT: Konehamaru was the one who taught Boruto rasengan which further proves that Naruto wasn't any part of this
