Sakura:

Her mother is a beautiful woman with superhuman strength; as the only student of the female Fifth Hokage to have inherited the Byakugou no jutsu, she is a master of medical ninjutsu and she boasts of being the heroine of their parents’ generation.
She’s an elite genin by birth.

1) The last sentence refers to Sarada, obviously.
2) Tsunade is literally called the ‘lone bright flower’ Fifth Hokage (a Japanese term referring to the only woman in a group).
3) ‘As the only student of the female Fifth Hokage to have inherited the Byakugou no jutsu’ seems to be a qualifier for the following sentence, since 'ni shite’ means 'as’ or 'because of’ (well, that or 'although'… but I don’t see how that would make much sense in this context). So the entire thing should be read as 'she is a master of medical ninjutsu and she boasts of being the heroine of their parents’ generation’ in the role of/as the only student of the female Fifth Hokage to have inherited the Byakugou no jutsu’.

Hinata:

His mother is the princess of the Hyuuga clan; she possesses the bloodline limit byakugan and snatched the seat of heroine in their parents’ generation as a master of the gentle fist.
He’s an elite genin by birth.

1) The last sentence refers to Boruto, obviously.
2) For anyone wondering - the text literally says 'princess of the Hyuuga clan’, not 'byakugan princess’.
3) 'As a master of the gentle fist’ seems to be a qualifier for the following sentence, since 'ni shite’ means 'as’ or 'because of’ (well, that or 'although'… but I don’t see how that would make much sense in this context). So the entire thing should be read as 'she snatched the seat of heroine in their parents’ generation in the role of/as a master of the gentle fist’.

Mezzo's take on it:

If you want my personal opinion, after reading the raw, I think that Mitsuki is using a more general meaning of 'heroine’ (i.e. woman of distinguished courage or ability).

Saying that Hinata snatched the/a seat of heroine 'as a master of the gentle fist’ seems to point to that - because it can’t refer to her role as a love interest (unless she forced Naruto to marry her by gentle fisting him into compliance, lol) nor to her supposed 'increase in importance’ (unless she got more important by gentle fisting the competition into compliance, lol). The more sensible interpretation (in my opinion) is that 'she proved to the world her courage and heroism through her mastery of her family technique’. Same with Sakura - the more sensible interpretation (in my opinion) is that thanks to her apprenticeship under Tsunade, she mastered medical ninjutsu and could boast of being a 'woman of distinguished courage and ability of her time’.

My take on it:
Based on this Sakura, because of her medical ninjutsu, strength and power inherited from Tsunade, was able to become a heroine of her generation while Hinata became a heroine as a kunoichi because she mastered the gentle fist. Snatch/Steal refers to her grabbing the title of heroine because of her achievements while Sakura boasts the heroine status because of her power as well.
