Naruto learn it while jiraiya was looking for information on the whereabout of tsunade. That only took a week.

Considering the gap in how long it took Naruto to learn it, and Boruto's .. I'm not surprised.

In the movie he finished in less than a weak, and he barely got it down and just ran off to show Sasuke, meanwhile Naruto was working his ass off to make it perfect. Obviously, two different people with two different mindsets right now.

Kakashi was also in the hospital too.

I haven't read the novel, but since it follows the movie script. It will be the guy who created it, Katasuke.

This is why I avoid novels and comics of movie productions. They rarely follow the script (normally because they don't have all the details) and make things up for their own adaption.

Dumblr is retarded. Only three chapters have been translated (Prologue, 1, and 2). The people who have the novels, also saw the movie (if not then they bought it online). If they did buy it online, they must understand Japanese.

If so, then they know that Sasuke doesn't do that. You can see it about to start here in the novel

After this scene Boruto uses the device to make the Rasengan bigger for Sasuke
