Boruto: Naruto the Movie (Tickets Sale - US)

I believe somewhere in the movie Sasuke told Naruto that Boruto has a hidden power.

I just don't understand why he would say something like that when he doesn't use a 'hidden power', nor will this series continue.

It's really strange.

I don't think you understand, nor will you understand unless I can give you an explanation. It's something that has to be seen when watching the movie.

The hype is nothing in comparison to good character development, even without the hype he's a pretty strong shinobi. I'd rather have him as he is than some Mary Sue who an do no wrong, but to have an actual shinobi like this is a gift.

A born Genius who doesn't understand what it means to be a shinob, so in turn he doesn't take it seriously as he doesn't understand the concept, nor the reason. People want him to strive in his father and grandfather footsteps, but Boruto does not feel that way in his heart. It's until after meeting Sasuke, and through his tutelage does he begin to change into the man we see at the end of the movie. It's a growing up tale of a boy who is gifted, but doesn't try hard. It's more self expressed in today's world with the ever growing theme of technology vs old school.

I've been meaning to write a thread on it, but with so many people who haven't seen the movie, there's no point yet. The writing is quite well.

The movie's development for Boruto is amazing. Hell, Boruto progressed this far without training seriously once. They made that reverence a thousand times.

So it's kind of funny how the movie ends with Boruto's limit being questioned.

Ah ok....I saw the cam rips too....I must say, this is probably the best Naruto movie ever made based on what I've seen so far.....Kishi really hit the mark with this one.

I'm trying to get some information from the novel, in that specific scene exactly.

I know it isn't canon canon, but the information was written by someone who co-wrote the movie, so under that logic he wouldn't make something up. It'll at least make the scene understandable.

From the movie, when a technique is used the technique is shown in above in white/japanese letters, when Sasuke was healing himself/or when Naruto healed Sasuke, nothing appeared above.

So it's meh.
