With his talent, Boruto could've achieved much more if he were serious and dedicated to becoming a ninja since the beginning.

Yup Total Solid Facts More or Less. BUT HEYY! Did you say "Ever"?Boruto is simply amazing.Combination of Uzumaki and Hyuga blood makes him so OP. Reasons why Boruto is above others.
A) Genin with 3 natural elements.
Can you name any other genin that was able to use 3 nature elements.I don´t remember anyone including Itachi, Minato and others. Hiruzen would be proud.
B) Mastering jonin level jutsus.
- Boruto was able to master Shadow clones jutsu before even entering academy.How amazing is that :scorps::scorps:
- He was able to learn Rasengan extremely difficult jutsu
C) Adding Nature element to his Rasengan
This is where Boruto outshines Minato and Jiraiya because those 2 were not able to add nature element to their Rasengan. He did this while he was younger than Naruto so he surpassed even him.
D) Unique dojutsu Jougan and Gentle fist.
We still need to wait for more informations about his dojutsu , but so far Boruto is the only one who has new unique dojutsu.

Who Knows. We didnt see great ninjas while growing. That is cool but remember what Jiraiya said, it doesnt matter how much tecnics yo know. Hiruzen knew all elements, Tobirama mastered Suiton, even when Hiruzen knows more Tobirama recks him with his suiton.Boruto is simply amazing.Combination of Uzumaki and Hyuga blood makes him so OP. Kakashi at young age knew, Doton, Katon he might have been 4 or 5 years old. Itachi knew Katon tecnics before academy. But something I know is not the age you learn something but the time you have had to develop.
For example, Boruto as you say knows a lot but being a son of a Hokage, at what age did he start to learn? Remember Naruto only trained one night and had Kage Bunshin no jutsu. One night. Naruto one month and had Rasengan. One month and had summons.
So, what age did Boruto train? Itachi the same, but he instead develop taijutsu and weapons with Katon. Look at Hinata and Neji, they started very young to.
This could be a reason for Kakashi, Itachi and Sannins young graduation age. And Minato's was 10. Maybe he started not to young.
Like I said, it depended when they started. Also, at 13 Kakashi was Jonin, had Chidori, Rasengan, Raiton, Doton, had kage bunshins and maybe more.
At 13, Itachi had Katon, Mangekyo Sharingan, Killed his clan, Suiton and was Ambu.
Minato at 13 might have been Jonnin since he was not more with Jiraiya.
Once again, he surpassed Jiraiya, but when did Minato create the rasengan? We dont know, we could say he didn't have time to develop more the rasengan. But it is clear that Boruto did the futon rasengan witut knowing so he was lucky to have the talent in that field.
