throwing rasengan isn't mean it will hit target everytime

What do you mean throwing Rasengan doesn't mean it will hit the target every-time? The Rasengan itself turns invisible. Meaning that it's supposed to be used as a decoy in battle and trick the opponent, or, it can be used in different variations (as in throwing it when the opponent isn't just watching the Boruto making the Rasengan), and hitting them before they realize what even happened. Anyway the first time Boruto threw the Rasengan for Sasuke, it hit a tree on the other side of throw. So it doesn't just move a linear fashion like someone people suggested after watching the Momoshiki fight.
Anyway, nah. Boruto would defeat Shikidai post-dimension battle. Mind you, that Boruto only used the shadow clone jutsu against him, and that was enough to force him to use his second jutsu alone through his clone strategy.
