Bolt stated that he could utilize three elemental natures, and Sasuke later pointed out that he used one of them in his Rasengan, which was most likely Futon. Unless you can prove, that he only has Wind, despite it stated that he can use three, then go ahead.

Having an elemental affinity means you're naturally proficient at it. Being able to utilize 3 elemental natures does not mean you have natural proficiency in all of those elements. Kakashi can use all elements, but he clearly doesn't have mastery over all 5 of them seeing as how only Six Paths Power enables that.

That's not what Boruto said, your confusing DB statements. Which showcase which affinities a character has, and what they can learn if they try, or have the skill to produce such said element.

Boruto said, he already knows three elemental styles, meaning he should be capable of producing such said element, to an unknown regard of skill.

Okay, and I'm saying that that doesn't mean he has an affinity towards all three of those elements. Futon is certainly an elemental affinity of his as he seems to inherit more traits from Naruto who also had Futon, but there's nothing that suggests that he has an affinity towards Raiton or Suiton at all. Boruto's statement only implies that he's capable of using 3 elements, not that he has an affinity towards all 3 of them.

Boruto is the product of superior bloodlines combining. Although, I'd attribute Boruto's quick acquisition of the elements to his Hamura bloodline. Since Naruto was pretty unremarkable at the same age.

You mean in the Novel? Well yeah. Shikidai had a plan for Boruto's Rasengan, not his Vanishing Rasengan.

No one knew it had a special ability besides Sasuke. And no, Shikidai loses to Boruto.

I was wondering is there any chance Boruto can unlock the Byakugan? It be really cool if Boruto unlocks the Byakugan, I mean Boruto has 3 elements, Boruto has shadow clones and Rasengan, with the Byakugan he can use Gentle fist effective. Boruto will be able to shoot the shuriken in the weak spot thanks to byakugan.

I think he would of activated the Byakugan by now if that was Kishimoto's intention. There was way too many moments in the Movie for that to happen. Especially when Himawari activated it solely from Boruto destroying her stuffed animal.

Though to be fair, it makes sense why he didn't. Considering that Himawari needs to shine when-ever she does show up in the new series. But, Kishimoto did give Bolt some nice Hyuuga moves, so I expect Himawari to be a mix of her mother and father too.
