Reading this, I did notice that there is an interesting point to be made here. Boruto lost a taijutsu match in the same chapter where he later picks up a sword.

The sword ain't that bad since he's using his own chakra and it just manifests a blade. It doesn't have automatic powers.

The seal IDK. If he uses the Dojutsu it's game over :Sparks:

We will see. Boruto can obviously use the seal or his weird eye power to power up and Mitsuki can use sage mode which he has never really used. Sarada is a little more restricted with power ups since gaining a tomoe or two in her sharingan won't really do much so she would have to gain the mangekyo to really matter but that would take something tragic to happen and going from one tomoe to mangekyo is a little much so she may not be able to keep up at that point.
