It is filler disguised as retcon. A bad excuse to include Kishimoto's draft, with filler content. It is so clear the mess they created that only easily impressed minds will not see.

The worst of this all is that we have filler, screwing the continuity of Kishimoto's work. Urashiki couldn't be scrapped due to the length of the movie, that makes no sense, if he was essential to the plot, he would've been included.

Adding urashiki will add more minutes into the movie which wouldn't work . As for the manga adding him will also add more time to finish up the recap manga version . That's why the only way is the anime which is weekly and has plenty of time

That is just BS. How gullible can one be in order to eat that excuse? If he was really necessary to the plot, he would've been included.

You telling me that the Kages fighting versus three guys would add more minutes to the movie? The animator couldn't include 3 vs 3 on the same screen? Or Urashiki standing next to Momo and Kinshiki? Please.

It is not like we got a lot of development from Kinshiki and Momoshiki that "added" minutes to the movie.

I do agree 'tho, that the only way of including a scrapped character from the movie would be the anime, the lack of direction and ideas is so damn obvious that they went to Kishi trash can in order to get ideas.

Look, i don't want to upset you. I have my opinion, you have yours. Both should be respected, it was never my objective to piss you off but i can't agree with weird assumptions.

Even if Kishi done his personality, Urashiki inclusion is not consistent with what is considered canon to me. I can't explain it but it just doesn't feel right.

That's usually not a big problem in anime, hell it could be advantageous sometimes. Anyways, Toneri gets defeated easily.
