Dude, you are the #1 fan of a series you don't even like the main character.

I don't have your low standards regarding art and storytelling. Boruto is terrible as it stands and you were right all along, it is not for me, so there you have it. I hoped it would get better but no, it doesn't and this recent chapter spoilers prove it.

So enjoy your Kawaki and this subpar series, act like an hysterical queer all over NB and NF, keep getting dislikes and being delusional.

From 2000 to 2002 Naruto manga basically developed a whole world, with character development at a wide scale that the writers of Boruto just ignore and didn't even learn with Kishimoto.

The fact that they're seemingly ignoring Ao's Byakugan was probably the first give away for me tbh. Though I am still hoping it gets brought up.

It can but unfortunately it will be nothing more than damage control. They already lost the chance to make this manga unique by capitalizing on the world and story built by Kishimoto, instead we have this small narrow view of things where things are forgotten. Retcons and vague writting focused on two or three aspects are used as a device to solve their creative problems.

Lets not forget that in a chapter of Naruto we would have:

1) A bit of Naruto current story.
2) A bit of Sasuke current story, in another part of NV, doing his thing.
3) The characters that were with them.
4) Orochimaru plans, Akatsuki, Kabuto.. you name it.

Kishimoto could put all of this into 20 pages. These guys can't develop things properly in 40 pages.
