No has made a ale rivalry though, if anything Sarada fans are simply suggesting that she is just as formidable as Boruto is (which is true). Secondly Sarad hasn’t stopped being vocal about her goals or anything specific “like in her own arc” becuase she hasn’t once changed what motivates her nor what she wants to accomplish. She’s always been vocal and consistent about what she wants to do or gain, your reaching.

what I am saying is now we have what the beginning of the story promised us to have
a build up rivalry/match between Boruto and Kawaki
the second main character finally showed himself, Boruto's rival
again as I stated in numerous occasions, Sarada SHOULD have everything in her arsenal, even rinnegan as she will need it to maintain her importance in a combat narrative
but for narrative/plot readers we finally have the actual plot now moving into action and we can no longer waste our time with rehash powers that were wanked till death by Naruto vs Sasuke

There was never a point or time that story that we were promised had a chance of not being told so your worry that it wouldn’t was in vain.
As I said previously, I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t expect Boruto and Kawaki to interact or build some type of reactionship when the anime literally started with the two of them obviously disagreeing philosophies which in turn led them to fight against one another. It sounds like you don’t have patience, you should’ve had that a loooooong time ago becuase we only get 1 chapter a month.
