In a crumbled village, at the Hokage Monument...They're fighting in Konohagakure Village, which is supposed to be peaceful: It's Boruto and a character referred to as 'Kawaki'. The both of them seem to have a common 'crest'//'coat of arms' on their bodies, so what happened...?

冒頭から時は遡り、まだ幼き日のボルトの時代へ。

For the beginning, we go back in time; to the era and days when Boruto was still very young.

Tldr: Just a rehash, no new info. Yonko Productions said that there's a cute cover of Sasuke and Boruto together, and that the chapter ends with Momoshiki.

Also it seems Kawaki and Boruto`s power is labled as a crest. Read above if you missed it.

I agree with what Obito said - But maybe the slow transition is for them to slowly develop the story line instead of rushing it. Similar to how SP used fillers to bide time.

The only thing new here is the description of the tattoo, but that still gives us no context.

Basically there's no point in even following the series until after the fourth chapter until we get new content.
