Boruto — Future Abilities

With the new series coming up, there are a strange amount of people still debating on the old generation. All from love interest to power levels. That is why I wish to talk about the new generation, more precisely, Boruto Uzumaki and his future progress. We got a bit of taste from his abilities during the Boruto Movie but far little was shown to give us an idea of his full abilities.

We know that unlike Naruto, Boruto is regarded as a genius and is a fast learner. Considering the fact that he has learned Water Style, Wind Style and apparently Lightning Style before even reaching the rank of Chunin.This is what I’d call a bright future, as he only has two more styles to learn and he is still young. But there is one thing that heavily resembles Naruto and that is the fact that Boruto can use Rasengan, albeit his own version of it.

Boruto’s Rasengan was named; Vanishing Rasengan and unlike the standard version this one is thrown thanks to the Wind Chakra added to it naturally by Boruto. We also know that Boruto’s sensei is Konohamaru, the grandson of the Third Hokage. This is where I’d say Boruto will have a chance to learn a very dangerous for of combat from. The Third Hokage created a jutsu known as Shuriken Kage-Bushin No Jutsu which uses the same idea as Kage-Bushin no Jutsu on at tools instead.

What if Konohamaru teaches this jutsu to Boruto, that is if Konohamaru even knows it which is very likely. If he applies that to his already existing Rasengan then we may be created with something akin to Rasengan Barrage. Something along the lines of; Vanishing Rasengan Rain or Rasengan Kage-Bushin no Jutsu. Multiple flying Rasengans in the air that vanish? Sounds pretty dope. Aside from that, Boruto still has the ability to master the nature releases he already has.

We know that its normal for a Jonin to have 2 releases, Boruto has already surpassed that and only is a Genin. (Which is remarkable.) We also know that Boruto’s natural element is Wind, which is inherited from Naruto. But he is also tutored by Sasuke who is a master of Lightning and Fire style. That brings me to the second part. What is Boruto learns Fire Style from Sasuke and master it? Using it alongside his natural Wind Release to amplify it?

Many don’t know, but Madara Uchiha’s natural release was Wind and not Fire as most assumed. This was the reason Madara was famous for his Fire Style as he used his Wind Style to amplify it greatly. (His fan uses Wind Release.) Aside from that I cannot think of much else Boruto would benefit from. Sure he can further develop his Gentle Fist but without a Byakugan he cannot use it to its fullest extent.

He also possesses no Kekkai Genkai to speak of and no Tailed Beasts, which makes him a pure Shinobi, unlike his two teammates. (Sarada having Sharingan and Mitsuki a modified body.)​

He'll have Sage Mode since his chakra control is already better than Minato's and he might have a Kurama cloak like war arc Hinata, giving him the ability to use a miniature version of BSM.

Now from he's rasengan type he has some space-time abilities, definitely some WIND and I think they even add it in the video game. Maybe some lightening and the reason why is just in manga's tradition with a little variation is important so just like kakashi took sasuke it's now sasuke turn to do the same so expect the return of the YELLOW FLASH 3rd generation. NO BYAKUGAN

> Boruto didn't even physically have the device until after he showed Sasuke his Rasengan. In this scene Boruto just finished his mission, and he didn't even meet Sasuke yet (which is the person who told him to learn it as a prerequisite for becoming his student)

"How do you even know he has them?"

> Boruto didn't just say he had three elements, he said he learned the shadow clone jutsu without training and knew how to utilize three elemental natures. Where is the lie? He has the shadow clone jutsu, we just haven't seen him physically perform two of the other elements, which goes along with my next point.

> Sasuke confirmed that Boruto placed an elemental affinity in his Rasengan, which is most likely wind. That already showcases he can use one of the three, which correlates to what he was saying before.

So ... why are people confused? He applied a element to his Rasengan which the Manga classifies as an S-Rank ability, and for some reason the reasoning for him having elements is hard? :lol

It would be interesting if he could use the byakugan but its unlikely since byakugan users have the colorless eyes. It looks like his sister has it though. I want to see him learn some kind of time space jutsu like ftg.

Because at the end of the the head of the science division had all the jutsu too even shadow jutsu which is specifically for SHIKAMARU'S CLAN. That tells u that u can get those devices with jutsu already in it

Boruto claims to have mastered both Water and Lightning style when he approaches Naruto earlier in the movie, long before the Chunin Exam. The novel also supports this, and so does every bit of info we have on him. (Him being born a genius makes it likely.) He later shows that he has a natural mastery over the Wind element.

Are you telling me that the child who claims to be Orochimaru's son doesn't have any body modifications made? I never said he possessed any Kekkai Genkai, but a modified body. He also never states a name of a jutsu, which makes it unlikely that it isn't a ability of his. (I mean Naruto/Boruto series are known for yelling out the names of their techniques when using them.)
