Yet would anyone take your claim serious? No because the "handicap" or terms have been adjusted to fit you. I can easily say Moegi could beat Kagaya/Madara/whoever if I restricted them for they couldn't move.

This borrowed power argument is just a sad attempt to justify why someone is better. Like someone complaining that said person is better because they went to a better school. Your claims to justify the validity of this futile argument haven't changed my belief in the slightest.

Would you care to elaborate on how you believe so? Don't tell me you believe Naruto's bijuu chakra is equal to your Tiger woods hypothetical, because I can easily say Sasuke's sharingan is more advantageous than a normal ninja, therefore it should be restricted.

Ok ok how about this? Borrowed power was discussed in the chunin exams when naruto accused kiba of cheating, for using akamaru, in which got the response "it is the foundation of his jutsu".

So we have the NVs take on it.
So sharingan etc. is your Justus foundation, while the ino-shika-cho formation is "truly borrowed".

everyone is using borrowed power but i give more credit to the ones that earn the power, for example obito had to gather the tail beast, had to fight to get the rinnegan and he took a mortal attack on porpuse so he could break free from madara and become jin as for naruto he struggled during years to befriend kurama and there are some others powers that werent really earn, for example some of sasuke´s powerups
