How does Itachi have borrowed power? And I wouldn't exactly say Sasuke has much borrowed power either. The only thing he gained from Itachi's eyes is immunity to blindness. The MS tech he's shown so far was his own

This Sasuke doesn't has borrowed powers. Itachi's eyes are just used as a vessel to prevent blindness. All moves shown by Sasuke was shown before itachi eyes were placed there. Enton, Susanoo,Amaterasu.
