I will take timing into consideration here. You throw the smoke bomb as I use Kage Bunshin. As I see the smoke bomb, my clones (already made) use the sensing rain. The smoke bomb exploding = you making your clones. So I will assume that my clone have sensed your two clones going underground before they disappear fully into the ground. As we feel your two clones go underground, the other clone uses:

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.

This lightning travels through the ground towards you, splitting into multiple tendrils as it does, killing your clones as it does so. Since it is raining, the ground would obviously soak in water, and the electricity would naturally be spread out throughout the ground. It continues to travel towards you, empowered by the water.
Meanwhile, the other three clones and I retreat to long range.

With the Byakugan now active and the sudden downpour of rain, im now fully aware that this Nara is now aware of my other two clones as they would of got wet before using Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu. Watching your chakra flow with my eyes, I notice you have created 4 Kage Bunshin's and that one of them is has just used Ikazuchi no Utage. As the rain downpours, washing away all remainder of the smoke bomb and as two of my clones are going underground I quickly counter the oncoming raiton attack..

which creates a fissure in the earth, going from right to left, directly in front of myself, as raitong would move quicker in the ground with this dampness. Opening the ground up and cutting off the oncoming raiton attack, stopping it from reaching my Kage Bunshins, allowing them to fully submerge into the ground.
While the ground is opening up into a fissure with the Doryuu Kekai technique, the two remaining shadow clones above ground level perform hand signs with a slight delay between the two...

The clone shoots about ten fireballs at the Nara and at the area surrounding and underneath his opponent, englufing him in the fireball and scorching the ground around him, to an average diametre of short-mid range around him, boiling the damp ground, causing steam to rise...

This attack is hidden by the Goryuka no Jutsu and as it travels through the air, has other raiton spears split off from the main attack, directing themselves to the boiling water on the ground and electrifying and charging the entire ground on which his opponent is standing. The main spear however strikes shortly after the fireball, electricuting the also wet Nara, with double the force.

I stand beginning to get soaking wet, as my hair falls over my face, watching you very closely with my Hyuga eyes.

I apologize if I miss any small detail...I'm currently focusing everything into my sensei test and I'm also juggling another fight at the same time...
I am trying to picture what you're doing with the fissure, however, I believe that a B-Rank lightning jutsu would still overpower a C-Rank one; it most likely would be able to cut through the ground and continue towards you, especially when empowered by the rain, but I'll let it slide...
Another nicely pulled-off tactic. It makes me rethink whether or not NB is worth coming back to...
Anyhow, the clone that remains in mid-range was the one that performed the lightning attack on you. Since you said that you shot the fireball jutsu over to Shiru and his three clones, I would assume that you did not hit this clone, especially since you stated short mid-range (I drew a diagram on a paper for this). As my clone watches the fireball jutsu soar over him, he uses:

He spins and gathers lightning from the sky (greatly heated by your dragonball jutsu) and releases a huge vortex in the shape of a dragon towards you and your clones, destroying the entire area in front of him. The dragon also crashes into the ground, cutting off your second clone from using your raiton attack (as you said, a slight delay, and this was all the time it took). Yes, it also wasted around thirty minutes straight to check it up on Google videos.

This attack works in two ways. It destroys any fireball that can still harm us, and it also continues to go towards you. This is directly behind my dragon attack, aimed a little off to the side so it won't harm my clone using the dragon attack, but it still picks off electricity from the move, becoming stronger as it double attacks you alongside the dragon. Meanwhile, the water is still spinning around us.
