You are not making sense... he stops half way through jutsu to focus on something else, the already accumulated electricity will kill him, he must complete the tech THEN dispose of the energy or retain it before using another jutsu.

i guess so i disrupt my movements like kiwii said and even though u are a higher rank it aint by much so my movement is very little but enough for me to form a fist and move a bit forward so i use

D) Let's say you finish your first tech and get powerful lightning... hypothetically, let's say. When you try to use a wind jutsu from mouth, My shadow strangle would break your trachea, rendering you unable to blow let alone breathe!

A. no if i disrupt my it it isnt losing concentration it is disrupting it doesnt say i die if i do that
B. no i dont u are a higher rank but not by much all i got to do it move about a tenth of a sentemitor to pull the jutsu off
