As you probably gathered from the title, this is an Avatar I just made since I am bored, that being said, I attempted an area of design I have never done before, not that I put much effort into it this time ound.
Constructive criticism will be most appreciated but don't flame, as I said, It wasn't a serious attempt.
Still, Might aswell use it.
EDIT: It has a white border..............which you can't see at all with the Naruto Skins.
