Why is Bolt recieving so much hate? It is like people on this base have never seen a spoiled brat before that has changed. Bolt wanting his father's acknowledgement is the best thing for the character because this way we won't see a repeat of the original Naruto story. People need to stop hating because that is his way of life.

Yeah... as if people never had a shitty behaviour or threw some tantrums when they were still brats Whether you have parents or not by your side, doesn't change the fact you as a kid could become a spoiled brat since it's a normal instinct for a child to grab attention of his parents.

Boruto barely appears (well, I mean the significance of his appearance is a bit vague still), yet fans have judged him like he's shown in the series for... let's see... 10-20 chapters? Boruto has a mindset of an ordinary boy, that is, to surpass Naruto in order to be more noticeable in the eyes of his dad. Kids whom have experienced war and losses with kids whom get to live a peaceful life have their own problems plus viewpoints. Or else we the new generation; Gen Y wouldn't have any trouble right now.

PS: Then again, not that I'm surprised. With biased fanbases and stuffs around here, I should've expected some random hatred from members.

Well, Sasuke and Naruto have reasons. I don't think Konohamaru had their parents so in this anime i don't think there have been any.

I don't hate Boruto, but I am not going to say ppl's hate aren't warranted. Most in NB hate based on actions not the plotted course. ppl will stop when Boruto changes

I can't speak for everybody but for me personally...

It aggravates me hearing him say that since I as a reader and fan know what Naruto has been through and he doesn't know how good he has it. He's gifted physically for being Narutos son, and he's privileged being the hokages child. He's spoiled to death yet acts like he's the only child in the whole shinobi world who's father is a busy man. Acts like he's not grateful for his mother.

Ask yourself this: is it not frustrating that in the real world and definitely in Narutoverse, there are orphans who can see the brighter side of the situation, are very mentally stable, and respectable of others, but yet here we have a privileged brat crying and bawing 24/7, cursing his father, and running off to the man who [prior to their truce] tried to kill him three times?

Boruto is just a little punk. He wouldn't last a week in Narutos youth.
