Bolts masters are simply too good. He learned Shadow Clones and Rasengan from his dad. He knows Chidori from Sasuke and most likely fused them into his own Raiton Rasenshuriken since the training he and Sasuke seemed to be doing was what Naruto did with Kakashi. Sasuke made clones and said "Your Father did it" which probably meant fusing his nature with Rasengan, remember Naruto told Kakashi he wanted to surpass his father (Minato), and Kakashi told him this was the way so I fell its happening all over again.

Bolts team consists of Salad, Mitsuki, and most importantly Kohonamaru, who also knows Rasengan and Shadow Clones and most likely has his own variant of Rasenshuriken too! Plus Kohonamaru can teach him to summon Moneky King Emma!!!

When we factor in his Kyuubi Chakra, Uzumaki chakra, and his grandfather's talent, there's truly been no one born ever who had more potential than Bolt. This kid is the epitome of prodigy and he'll surpass Naruto and Sasuke!!!!

No, Naruto wanted to catch up to Sasuke, that was the main point of the training, and during the training Kakashi told Naruto he believed he could surpass Minato.

Sarada has alot of potential to - The Sharingan can perfectly copy any jutsu from seeing it once if it has hand seals ,and is not a KKG, and since she's an Uchiha she is naturally skilled at Fire Style jutsu. Hopefully her second nature element is Wind, if so then her potential further increases.

Bolt can't surpass Naruto and Sasuke. He hasn't got the resources for that. Firstly, he isn't a reincarnation of the Rikodou's sons like Naruto and Sasuke, so no special chakra, powers and potential that surpasses regular shinobis, which is the reason why Naruto and Sasuke reached this level. Also, he isn't going to receive special chakra and powers from Rikodou which means no godly powers, and he isn't the jinchuuriki of Kurama. Jiraiya said that Minato was a prodigy born once in a generation and even being the jinchuuriki of Kurama on top of everything he had, he couldn't surpass Naruto and Sasuke. If surpassing such a level was possible, Minato would have already done that. But the fact is that even with Sage Mode, Yin Kurama, FTG and Uzumaki seals and all that, he doesn't surpass Naruto and Sasuke. Can Bolt learn anything more than Minato did? No. Does Bolt have anything special that Minato didn't have? No. Bolt is also said to be a prodigy, and he has nothing more than Minato has, so he also isn't going any further than Minato's level which is well below Naruto and Sasuke.

Rikodou chakra is exclusive to Naruto and Sasuke. Their children won't get it. The only thing that made them eligible for the Rikodou's chakra was being the reincarnation of Rikodou's sons. Bolt isn't the reincarnation of Rikodou's son.
