Jiraiya and Tsunade said that no one has been born as skilled as Minato since he died. Bolt will break the streak.
Bolts masters are simply too good. He learned Shadow Clones and Rasengan from his dad. He knows Chidori from Sasuke and most likely fused them into his own Raiton Rasenshuriken since the training he and Sasuke seemed to be doing was what Naruto did with Kakashi. Sasuke made clones and said "Your Father did it" which probably meant fusing his nature with Rasengan, remember Naruto told Kakashi he wanted to surpass his father (Minato), and Kakashi told him this was the way so I fell its happening all over again.
Bolts team consists of Salad, Mitsuki, and most importantly Kohonamaru, who also knows Rasengan and Shadow Clones and most likely has his own variant of Rasenshuriken too! Plus Kohonamaru can teach him to summon Moneky King Emma!!!
When we factor in his Kyuubi Chakra, Uzumaki chakra, and his grandfather's talent, there's truly been no one born ever who had more potential than Bolt. This kid is the epitome of prodigy and he'll surpass Naruto and Sasuke!!!!
