Bolt has Byakugan as a Child???

As you probably notice the earlier scan from the Last, Bolt has the eyes of lavender, the same color as the byakugan except that he has pupil.
He also has hyuga crest embedded on his sweater.

What's weird is that Toneri has the same eyes with pupil as Bolt as soon as he plucked Hanabi eyes...

Does this mean that particular eyes is another form of the Byakugan??

However something seems off because when Bolt start to grows a bit older, his eyes turned to blue like Naruto.

Well Kishi can easily come up with an explanation due to the offspring of Uzumaki and hyuga.
