Being from the Aburame clan, Bob possesses the ability to control bugs which reside in his body. During his travels, he found out he could control certain bugs found in weed easily, which, when biting the opponent, drain the opponent's chakra and infuse them with weed, which causes Genjutsu to be unreleasable but only last for two turns max when cast. Also the weed affects the person by slowing them down and being relaxed, which takes effects on slow reflexes. The opponent can be released if another ninja somehow finds out how to dispell the weed, but not by inserting chakra, kai or feeling pain.

History:
Bob's history began with being born in the Aburame clan, being trained for being a ninja from age five. He never was a really good ninja, since he was always blowing in the breaks of school, causing the teacher to see him as a rebel. He couldn't concentrate in class at all if he didn't smoke weed, so he did every break and scored pretty high marks. O_O
Bob wasn't able to handle his bugs very well, but graduated from the academy at age 9. He became a Chuunin at age 13 and left the Leaf because no-one there liked him. :|
When Bob left the leaf, he became a missing-nin, smoking weed he found along the way. One time, when he was smoking weed, he found several small bugs in the weed. As an Aburame, he could control those bugs. The opposite happened from if he met normal bugs; he was able to handle the weed-bugs very easily and took the bugs with him. These rapidly reproduced on Bob's chakra.
As Bob searched the land for weed, finding more weed-bugs along the way, he sat under an oak. Under this oak, he smoked weed for three days. On the third day, being stoned as hell, he stumbled around without knowing where he went. Eventually, he came in the Hidden Rain village, where he stayed for a few months. In these months he got to know the people of the Rain village better.
After a few months, Bob left the Rain and went out searching for weed again. After a few weeks, he encountered some ninjas and fought them. He was able to plant weed-bugs on them, who then started draining their chakra and inserting weed into them. Bob casted a Genjutsu on the band of ninjas and they couldn't release themselves from it due to the weed inserted into their blood. After a short period of time, the weed stopped working and the ninjas were released, but almost all of them were already killed by Bob.
Bob continued his travels, having no idea where to go. On a good day he met a random, pie-eating guy called Teh-Tobz. Teh-Tobz told him to go to the Sound Village for epic weed pie, so Bob went there.
Travelling to the Sound village, Bob met a guy with two bodies: Eda and Tou. Bob asked them where to go for the Sound village and they brought him there, leaving him alone in the Sound.
As he arrived in the Sound village, seeing they did really have an epic weed pie, Bob decided to stay there for a while. It is where he currently lives.
