We know Bm grants the user Immortality but it also stops the user form feeling any pain. We also know the regeneration rate instant. So is it possible that they are just recovering too fast to feel any pain from the damage they receive?

You really are brain dead. She is only immortal when her seal is active.

Look if Kaguya had drop Tsunade or Sakura into a volcano, the seal would never work why because they don’t have infinite chakra to heal being dropped into an active volcano and flowing lava.
