You don't know anything. Tsunade stated that and sakura uses the same exact justu as her. Nothing in ther manga has gone against tsunade statement since she never died. Tsunade was stabbed in the heart and she is alive. So that proves organs can be repaired. She said she can reapair any part of here body and I'm sure she knows how her own justu works she invented it. Tsunade was healing the other kages so she could not properly put herself back together and she wasn't even using her seal if she was she would of healed instantly. Even oro ewas shocked when he seen her in her state becuase her knows she can heal instantly

we all know BM can run out so if Tsunade is fighting and chakra runs out, what happens?? she gets negged badly and will die if the opponent wills it..
