2). Rock Lee can Open Gates, obviously.


3). Rock Lee has "Ankle Weights" (an understatement) that he can take off, obviously.






Rock Lee Speed + Open Gates + No Ankle Weights + Bijuu Chakra = Fastest Shinobi Alive

Prove it MFers!!! Gai has NEVER worn weights. Lee was F'ing LIGHTNING FAST fighting Gaara without the weights way back in Part 1 Naruto! He has worn those damn weights now MUCH LONGER since then, and more than likely he has ADDED HEAVIER WEIGHTS since then. He'd be obviously stronger in Shippuden and we all know how hard he trains. I know his BASE SPEED (yes, lee without weights is still considered his "base speed", no chakra/jutsu/gates included) is most likely faster than Gai.


DONT MAKE ME CREATE A NEW THREAD TO PROVE LEE BASE SPEED IS FASTER THAN GAI BASE SPEED
