Yeah, EMS Madara's taking this.
First, BM Naruto only utilizes half of Kurama's chakra.
Not only does EMS Madara utilize all of Kurama's chakra, but he has Perfect Susanoo as a shield around Kurama. How can BM Naruto feasibly hurt him?

If Madara can make the Kyuubi do flash Bijudama then he stomps. If he can't then Naruto wins.

naruto is smaller more mobile, and can basically spam clones in sage mode. each bm clone is easily s-class level. and madara dodging a bajillion chakra arm rasengans is unlikely
