Minato snatches this one. That's my honest opinion. Sure, Obito has all the Jinchuurikis, but remember how easy he defeated Tobi and Kurama when they attacked Konoha; if only it wasn't for Kushina and Naruto's birth.
Minato would prove to be a difficult opponent to catch, but other than that minato cant hurt obito & he has no idea of the chakra steaks which are what keep the bijuu fighting.
Minato cant defeat the bijuu that obito has, minato has no info on kamui, everything is clearly disadvantageous for him.
Btw OP restrict the seal on obito, minato fans will use that as a way to say he 1-shots this. u_u
lol, a 7 vs 1 thread. Pretty one-sided if you ask me.
Although since Minato has his seal placed on Obito it means that Obito will have to stay intangible the entire fight other wise he'd get blitz. And since obito doesn't know the seal is permanent, Minato instantly kills him.
So now it's just the 6 Jin to deal with. Naruto seemed to handle them all without too much effort on his own in BM mode, and Kurama's Bijuu bomb = all 6 of their combined, same thing with Minato probably. Anyway killing Obito will destroy the control and then Kurama can talk to all of them and tell them to stop. If not well then they're never going to catch a telepoting BM Minato..

the jinchurikis transformed into bijuus themselves can be sent away to a far away location like the middle of the ocean where the chakra from the gedo cannot reach them through the chakra rods which renders the jinchurikis as mere puppets
he literally has to just touch them in his bijuu mode avatar
not even counting the other hax like rasengan mastery/mega bijuu dama or space time barrier
obito gets a kunai to the chest or an odama rasengan instead of regular rasengan

Minato won't even have knowledge on how the Six Paths of Pain works and thus won't know that removing those Rods stop them (And don't say he's smart enough to figure it out instantly. Jiraya didn't figure it out during his fight with Pain)

We have yet to see him use TBB in the manga, so for now his strongest attack is a just a big rasengan:

And sure that's a strong attack. And maybe he could deal some minor damage with it. But it definetly won't be fatal against a freaking Bijuu.
Besides... Obito himself would be a major problem as well. He can jump in any moment to attack while Minato is busy with the Bijuus.
Even with full intel I doubt he could do it, but without that he certainly can't.

You might want to re read that fight. Naruto was facing 5 Buijuu's. HE got jumped, which the 8 tail came and helped out from the 2 other Buijuu's. Then you have a different mind set in manga, on how they were fighting. All they cared about was attempting to submit Naruto (physically contact only), not once did they used their jutsu for support.
NOT even Naruto can handle 5 Buijuu's by himself, and in fact 6 (since the 4th tail was absent).
minato takes this high diff...! minato clone can handle obito and as for biju's, people are saying that he won't know of rods...! well minato may be able to sense chakra and he is smart enough to figure out the rest...! and even if he can't then he can simply teleport bijus to a far away location and the problem for obito is that he has to stay intangible for entire fight now even if all strategies fail people who think that a teleporting minato can't last 5 minutes in this fight, i don't have an answer for them...! and knowing minato he won't even bother jins he will attack obito head on and either kill him or free jins from his control...! and obviously ftg makes shared vision (which gave naruto most trouble) useless...! but obviously obito can prolong this fight for 5 minutes so i'll give it to minato high diff...! and minato is an edo for people who aren't considering this advantage and knowing his reflexes and ftg even jubito wasn't able to damage him to the extent that would immobilize him long enough for kamui...!
