How come sasys eyes still bleed, i thought it was a MS thing not a EMS thing. and the eye is not even a sharingan its a rinnegan, mads and obitos never bleed.

it seems to happen when they're fatigued, i never saw madara do ama or enton nor obito. correct me if im wrong, i dont remember seeing them do it. But sasuke seems to bleed every time he's exhausted

Sasuke did say he couldn't control his eye properly. It probably happens due to the strain of the jutsu and how much focus he has to put into it before he uses it. Fatigue is probably a factor as well.
