Sasuke and Jugram on my profile. For the sake of the fight and since this is unofficial Jugram is not an Uchiha (I have no clue why I have two Uchiha bios currently...I have a Gyojin pending but yeah ._.) and he has water/wind mastery while Sasuke has lightning mastery. So lets have a good fight. Also I don't think its SY's tag team rules since it is still just 1v1. We may be using two bios each but its just me vs you. Lets have a good fight^^Emoman and Jugram stood 10 meters from their opponents Ogichi and Luffy. The crowd went silent as the proctor signaled to begin the fight for the exam. Both of them were not much for words. Sasuke, consumed by hatred, simply watched the two ahead as Jugram did the same. Their teamwork over the years had become impeccable.
Sasuke, lightning. Jugram said under his breath calmly.
As he would say this he would have already channeled his chakra beneath Luffy causing water to emerge from the ground and begin to form a sphere to imprison him. The goal of this was not to imprison him, but was to instead cause him to get wet, enhancing Jugram's partners attack. As soon as the water would burst from the ground under Luffy's feet Sasuke will have already formed a hand seal causing four pillars to emerge around the duo unleashing a torrent of lightning to shock the two of them. Luffy, being wet, will suffer even further from the lightning as it struck him and his wet body. The attack was timed as such that the pillars would burst from the ground as soon as the water would.

Description: After the user performs the Ram β Boar β Dog β Bird β Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.
The two just stood watching, waiting to see how their opponents would counter. Well...not exactly. Sasuke was too consumed by hate to even really know what the hell was going on :|.
Ogichi and Luffy hadn't been waiting long for the fight to start, within seconds water had begun to surround Luffy immediatly Luffy reacted by focusing his Doton chakra into the earth causing 2 pillars to emerge out of the ground propelling himself and Ogichi into the air.
Ogichi, do it.
Ogichi had performed a single hand sign (Ox), and manipulated the existing water source that the opponent had created just seconds prior and manipulated it into a Water Dragon that would he would manipulate to rush straight for the 2 opponents, Luffy had already been focusing his Raiton chakra into his arm and held it out infront of him at the same time as the Water Dragon had been created he slashed his hand through the air releasing countless needles of electricity that would rush for the opponent.

Watching the pair throw themselves upwards Jugram prepared his next offensive. As the dragon formed he reacted immediately weaving two blazingly fast hand seals creating an enormous sphere of highly compressed air which would launched directly to clash with the dragon. The clash would be spectacular in effect creating a large rain storm as the two techniques neutralized each other. The dragon would not have even left short-range from below your position when the sphere would have clashed with its head causing the rain storm to fly in all directions within Luffy and Ogichi's position drenching them in water.

Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger β Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.
As the sphere was released from Jugram's position Sasuke would follow up and continue the offensive. By this point Luffy will have launched his shower of lightning senbon down upon Jugram and Sasuke's position. Sasuke would fight lightning with lightning and release his own powerful attack creating an enormous blast of lightning. The lightning would have been aimed above the dragon to intercept the senbon and because of this would not be intercepted or interfered with by the Vacuum Sphere created just moments before. The lightning would in effect create an electrical rain storm as well as an enormous blast of lightning upon it's targets who would have been soaked by the clash of the earlier techniques.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.
Meanwhile, after the lightning would be released Jugram would, unbeknownst to either opponent create a small lake of water beneath Luffy and Ogichi's position. Sasuke would sprint 5 meters to the left from Jugram's side and continue to watch as the onslaught continued.

They don't form too deep in the ground, but about a meter or two beneath the surface. They can be used only as a source for other water techniques.
