Oh im pretty sure no one in here has a bijuu except blind and myself, but bijuus cannot be FULLY used. You can use its abilities like my cats summoning dead people and summoning demon cats, but cannot fully or halfway transform into your bijuu

Bijuu That Havent Been Obtained
This it to all of the naruto's and gaaras participating. For Gaaras; you have the weapon of shukaku etc whatever, you may only use this ONE time in the whole chuunin exam. Remember dont assume its hit. For the other Bijuu the rules are above you can use summonings of animals like the cats as many times as you want in the exams since they dont do too much. During the finals I will allow more bijuu rulings but it depends on who makes it to the finals. FOR NARUTOS; you shouldnt use the kyuubi only once though, so use it wisely. rules are subject to change.
