Well anyone can learn who to use it with the right rank but only certain pole(pein orochimaru kabuto and juugo can teach it)I `m only sharing it with my three students all it does is give you more chakra.Takato I`m giving out the curse seal of gaia the one kimmimaru had its like the curse seal of heaven but with out the high death rate
