He's got pretty much all of the "General" techniques down so it's cool. Most of the ones he's missing are like Gantai no Jutsu (Bandage Technique), which is a first aid technique but can also be used to bind an opponent using items from the surrounding terrain, and Shinkeitsuu (Neuralgia), which is an advanced form of Ranshinsho (which he does list) that effects the nerves of a target at the location of where the shinobi places their hand (effects can be either deading the nerves to stop pain or activating the nerves to cause exscrusciating pain).
