His ice and 1000 ice needles/demoic ice mirrors are bloodline traist but the others you must have snow in your location.The ice you have with rain should be good and wind would make it a storm an dwith lightning wow nice combos right there.

Are you telling me, that you can use ice, but not wood?
That is insane.
Ice and wood are the same.
They are both combined with two others.
And therefore the same rules should be made.
Jesus christ!
Just use the normal 5 elements, and 3 per battle, and then evrything is ok.

Actually, there were many instances of Ice Element users in the movie where they went to the Snow Country. Ice Element isn't as rare of a Kekkei Genkai as the Wood Element (where only one person and a genetic copy of him has had it).

Doesnt matter..
You have the 5 elements
And the sub-elements wich emerge from the 5
And without the kekkei genkai, you cant use a sub-element.

Exactly, and that's how it was decided a long time ago. But that Kekkei Genkai only gives you access to ONE Special Element, with that special elements your two other elements have to be the two which make that special element.. And then your "Extra Element" slot can be whatever you want from the base elements (Fire, Lightning, Wind, Water, or Earth). This is all well layed out in the Battle Arena Rules if people would just read them.

And while we are on the subject, it's probably a good idea that some of you actually do read them, because a lot of the recent battles going on here have been rather chaotic and haven't been following the Battle Arena Rules.

Just create a custom character, or change your character, to an Ice element user.

It would be easy to convert your character, your username is non-descript so there wouldn't be much of a problem, just rewrite your Bio. The issue is, if you allow people to create custom Ice jutsu or use Ice techniques when their character doesn't support it, then someone else could easily turn around and do the same for Wood techniques or Sharingan or any other kekkei genkai (and trust me, people HAVE tried in the past).

Yea, I've never really been big on elemental techniques myself. When I started we were only allowed one element so I choose the one nobody else was using (Lightning) just cause I wanted to be unique.. now that we have the 3+1 system I've had to add Earth and Fire as my other two and when I reach Sannin I'll add Wind as my fourth element.. Even still, I've yet to even learn a single Earth or Fire jutsu as I have no need for them anyways.

Yea, I've only got one custom jutsu.. although several of the jutsu I use don't exactly go by the same name as what's on pein's list (I've talked to him about that several times already) as well he hasn't gotten around to listing all of my medical techniques yet.
