[Question] Bleach worth watching?

Title says it all.
I have watched the first 3 episodes and they weren't that great.
I don't really get the story. It's about a guy who can see Shinigami and then he himself becomes one?
And also, what is with that Aizen guy? When will he appear? A lot of people say, he solo God/Lord and stuff.

Yeah, it is. I'd skip the fullbring arc and just switch over to the manga once you've finished watching it though

In my opinion it is worth reading.
I don't like first arc in every manga/anime, didn't like introduction arc in Naruto neither.
Quality will get up when they enter Soul Society and with all that fights in Seiretei, there well also have huge plot twists there.
Than in my opinion manga got even better during Arrancar arc, when in the end Aizen will be defeated and again one good plot twist. After Arrancar arc come Fullbring arc which is by my opinion worst in bleach but when it is over, starts War arc and for me this arc is best arc in bleach and far better than both war arcs in Naruto and One Piece.
