Bleach: The Lost Order
Episode 2: Blade Meets Flesh
Captains Soifon, Shunsui, Ukitake, Byakuya, Komamura, and Hitsugaya stood with their blades to the throats of Captains Roku, Bishamon, Ragnaroc, Kaze Kuchiki, Alimujtaba, and Emperor.
Yammamoto: Kill them.
The Captains' muscles began to flex as they were about to drag the lengths of their blades along the other Captains necks.
Bishamon: Wait.
The Captains stopped immediately, as if on impulse.
Bishamon: Will you not grant us soldiers' deaths? A clean execution, through the back of the neck?
Yammamoto: Hah! Even in your final moments, you inconvenience others. Fine. But it will not change your fate. One at a time. Bishamon, you first. Soifon, bind his hands.
Soifon: Bakudo No. 4: Hainawa (Crawling Rope)
Bishamon's hands are tied with the Kido rope behind his back. He kneels down, his back to his executioner, Ukitake. The other Captains, blades still at their throats, look on.
Ukitake: I'm afraid I won't grant you the priviledge of a final speech.
Bishamon: Fair enough.
Ukitake raised his Zanpakuto high above his head, preparing to stab Bishamon through the top of his spine.
Suddenly, Bishamon launched backwards and headbutted Ukitake right below the ribs, knocking the wind out of the sickly Captain, and causing him to drop his sword. The sword fell downwards towards Bishamon, who positioned himself so that the sword cut through the rope binding his hands together.
As this happened, Captains Roku, Ragnaroc, Kaze Kuchiki, Alimujtaba, and Emperor elbowed their captors and flash stepped a few feet away in a circular formation, their Zanpakutos drawn.
Yammamoto: Ukitake, you fool!
The Captain Commander drew his sword, flash stepped behind Bishamon, and grabbed him.
Bishamon tried to struggle away, but Yammamoto's grasp was unyielding. Yammamoto put his blade to Bishamon's neck.
Bishamon: Go!!
Ragnaroc: We won't leave you behind!
Shunsui: Hado 63.: Soren Sokatsui (Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down)
Two gigantic shots of blue fire erupted out of Shunsui's palms at the defending Captains.
Roku: Bakudou 39.: Enkosen (Arc Shield)
Roku's shield blocked Shunsui's attack, but caused a good deal of smoke. Soifon, her Shikai released, jumped out of the smoke at Roku and quickly stabbed at him.
Ragnaroc jumps out from his position and grabs Soifon's wrist as she is about to strike Roku. Soifon shifts her weight and kicks at Ragnaroc's head. As Ragnaroc blocks the kick, Komamura shoots out of the smoke and tackles him, sending Ragnaroc flying through the wall and into the hallway.
Yammamoto: Don't let him get away, you stupid dog!
Hitsugaya, with his Shikai released, joins the fight and slashes at Emperor with a large ice slash. Emperor parries the attack, but Shunsui jumps out from over Hitsugaya's back and slashes down on Emperor from above. His slash is blocked by Ali, whose feet sink into the floor from the attack's strength.
Bishamon: Go, damnit! You can't win against them!
Yammamoto: *punches Bishamon in the stomach* Shut your mouth!
Captain Kaze slashes at Komamura, only to have his attack parried. Komamura delivers a powerful punch to Kaze's ribs, sending him flying through the same hole in the wall as Ragnaroc.
Bishamon: They outnumber you! Go! If you escape they'll only kill me!
Roku flash steps behind Soifon and elbows her in the back of the head. Soifon falls to the ground, but Shunsui, with his Shikai, appears out of Roku's shadow that he cast on Soifon. Shunsui slashes Roku across the chest. Roku coughs up blood.
Roku: Damnit...
Emperor: We have to go!
Emperor is trading blows with Hitsugaya when Byakuya's cherry petals appear behind him and slash his back.
Emperor: Ahhh!
Alimutjaba: Move now! Hado 88.: Hiryugekizokushintenraiho (Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon)
The defending Captains all flash step behind Ali. Ali launches a gigantic blast of lightning energy out of his hands, straight at the enemy Captains and Bishamon.
The Captains escape during the resulting explosion. After the smoke settles, the other Captains are all unhurt except for a few tears in their clothes.
Yammamoto: Well, what the hell are you waiting for?! Get after them! We can't let them escape.
The remaining Captains vanish, speeding after the escaping Captains. Only the Captain Commander and Bishamon remain.
Yammamoto: Oh, how I have looked forward to your death for so long, Bishamon.
A thump is heard.
The escaping Captains are flashing between the roofs of Soul Society.
Ragnaroc: We have to find Urahara and get the hell out of here...
Kaze: That's right! He wasn't at the meeting!
Roku: And how do we know Urahara's not with them??
Emperor: He would've been there, if he was with them...
Roku: It could just be a trap!
Ragnaroc: Or, he could be our trump card.
The Captains raced to Urahara's personal quarters, the most likely place where they'd find him.
The group of Shinigami frantically ran down the dimly lit hallway of Urahara's quarters. The loud rumbling of thunder made the Shinigami uneasy. They hurried down the hallway, and pushed open a large, heavy door at its end.
Ragnaroc: Uraha-
Roku: Oh God...
A bloody mass was stabbed to the wall by a sword. The sword had the handle of a cane. The bloody mass had a green and black hat on the top of it. What would be its head was hanging downwards. Other than its general form, made it look like a person. It had limbs, but no hands or feet. The nose, lips, and ears were gone. It was completely red. There were no signs of struggle in the room - every piece of furniture was exactly as it should have been. If it weren't for the bloody mass of flesh and its stench, the room would have seemed perfectly normal.
