Seeing two Shinigami jump into the sky to confront hollows, Byakuya doesn't allow Ichigo speak, as the hollows could cause serious damage. Simply turning his back on Ichigo, he Shunpo's away. He then gets to a point where he can see the hollow, but he then sees the Shinigami.
Those Shinigami should be able to handle those hollow.
Byakuya goes to Shunpo away when he suddenly sees a huge black Garganta open in the sky. Maintaining his emotionless expression, he stares at the Garganta to see what may come out. Byakuya then unsheathes his sword, as it mattered not what came out, he knew it came to destroy. He then feels an overwhelmingly powerful but familiar Reiatsu.
Who are you?
The thing stepping through was not a hollow, but a man. And when he stepped through Byakuya's eyes widened slightly in surprise.
Aizen Sōsuke?

Immediately, he drops his sword into the ground.
Bankai...Senbonzakura Kageyoshi.
Raising his right arm towards Aizen, the blade petals respond by flying towards Aizen, threatening to crush and annihilate him.
Character Change
Aizen, staring at the petals with disinterest, Shunpo's out of range and behind Byakuya.
How nostalgic, to be back at Karakura Town.
Aizen stares at the sky and then glances back at Byakuya over his shoulder. He then reverts his gaze back to in front of him and Shunpo's away, and escapes the Shinigami.

Byakuya sees the Gillian rampaging through the streets and goes to help the other Shinigami fighting it. He Shunpo's towards it. He confronts the Gillian.
You two, stand back, I'll end this.
Using his mind to control the blade petals, they smash into the Gillian's mask, ending its life.

Watching as the Gillian disintegrates into Reishi, he hears the voice of the other Shinigami.
I can help you do that. Let us go to a quiet place.
Byakuya picks up the Shinigami by the arm and Shunpo's with him to a grassy plain.
Now, sit down. Unsheathe your sword and stab it into the ground vertically in front of you.

Try and meditate, and concentrate on finding your way to your Zanpakutou's world. Once you have found it, find the Zanpakutou manifestation. Once that is done, ask for its name. But you must prove your worth by fighting hollows in their world. Kill all the hollows, and learn your sword's name.
As Darths follow Byakuya's instructions, he sees lots of hollows and hears a voice
Kill all of them if you want to know my name
He starts killing the hollows
When he is finished, exausted, he hears the same voice saying only one word

Okay, I will give this test a pass, but only because this is the first time a Shikai test has been conducted and I very recently updated the rules on unlocking abilities. A more detailed and longer RP would've been nice, if this test was conducted at a later date to this level I would fail it, but I updated the rules just a minute ago, so it would be unfair to fail you.
Byakuya sees the Shinigami awake from his meditative state and stand up.
So, did you unlock the Shikai?

Do I have to update my bio to add it's power? Also, I will describe it here:
Lightbringer in shikai form is a small golden sword
It's abilitie is to use my reiatsu to form forms that appear like golden-ish reiatsu

Byakuya sees a man, he looks like a Shinigami. Byakuya simply ignores him and keeps walking.
Just copy paste your old bio, but add the new info. Remember, detail. Make it clear what the Shikai is. Once you have updated the bio, I will check it.

It's abilitie consist in manipulating the Reishi particles in the air, and it takes the form of white Reiatsu, the reiatsu can be used to make weapons, projectiles, shields, etc. Thought it can only use few reiatsu, so it can't make big stuff. The user must concentrate to use this ability, and thus cannot move while doing it. However, since the user uses their mind to maipulate the Reishi, the speed at which Reishi constructs appear is almost instant.
Description on character: Is a human that became shinigami to help the little shinigami that survived

This is incredibly similar to Byakuya's Zanpakutou abilities. So I'll edit your post with the changes I've made.
