Bleach is only better in terms of the fighting and action sequences.

Other than that it is not comparable to Naruto. Naruto has a much better storyline, character development, character relations, and overall theme.

Bleach is fun to watch, but it lacks all I've mentioned above. Two of the major story arcs in Bleach were the same: rescue the girl. You can't deny this. Ichigo gets into harder and harder fights but when you take a step back and look at the bigger picture what do you see? Just fighting over and over again.

There's been a bit of plot development recently, but in the long run it has nothing on Naruto story/plot-wise which is what really counts
