Yes you should continue but I tend to like anime more.
But since I don't really have time to watch anime anymore I just read the manga.

If you liked the first chapter then just wait until you jump into the first arc. But enjoy it while it lasts. Bleach generally doesn't have much substance storywise compared to Naruto. It's mostly about fights, which isn't a bad thing, but in the long run it can get a bit repetitive.

This latest arc is starting to pick things up though

Amazing, this series up to that point surpasses Naruto.
As for after the Aizen Arc, its kind of dull.

I thought that at first, but the character development in the Aizen Arc is satisfactory.
I think the current arc is dragging it though.

Soul Society Arc was okay until Aizen reappeared.
